Super tiny bathroom, so was nor very comfortable to sit on the toilet.

Great location - Machu Picchu bus stop 3 min away. Train is also super close, you can see and hear it passing under hotel windows, so have that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast take away was ready 6 am under request.

Location right where trains stop from Ollantaytambo, so rather noisy until 11pm

Beds were quite small. But langer beds would probably not fit in the small room ;) The luggage you store is not locked, it is just left next to the reception, which is not permanently staffed.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They prepare breakfast for take away in case you leave early. We could store our backpacks for the time we went to Machu Picchu. The room has all you need for a night (or two) and its very clean. We would come again.

Everything felt a bit wet and the shower was wet the whole time even though we did not take a shower.

Olga at the front desk was amazing! Best service. She was very helpful, thoughtful, and kind. 10/10 recommend for a short stay over while in Machupicchu. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed my stay and out of all of the places I stayed in while on my trip in Peru from Lux hotels to Inns, the client service here was the BEST!

A bit noisy next to railway station, but they even provide ear plugs

Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Our train was late due to a derrailment, we arrived 6h after check-in time. Staff went above and beyond to welcome us. We didn't actually sleep as we arrived at 3.30 am and we had 7am entry to Machu Picchu. They prepared a breakfast package for us without even asking and they stored our backpacks for us. I can't speak highly enough of them. Good location next to the railway station, 2 minutes walking distance from the bus service to Machu Picchu. Good value for money. Small and comfortable

We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. A great place to rest before or after Machu Picchu. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the train station. We left for Machu Picchu at 5am and Jimmy had packed us a lunch to eat and left it on the lobby counter. Jimmy was so nice and accommodating. we had an amazing time during our short stay.

If you like trains this is the place for you!! Staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast was good, one day packed for an early start, next day upstairs at the buffet.

Rooms are quite small and was missing some more hooks to hang jackets and towels.

Very nice hosts and good location. They have a big rooftop terrace which is very nice to chill after visiting machu picchu

Great location to take the bus up to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was great with a lovely view. However, take note that some rooms are RIGHT NEXT to the train track, so it gets noisy till late and early in the morning with traffic and rail noises. But just for a night to head up to Machu Picchu the night before, I think the convenience was worth it.

For a 1 night stay to visit Machu Picchu this hotel cannot be faulted. The breakfast was simple but only what is to be expected for this price and area and was served by 2 nice ladies.
