Air conditioning in the room will help cool down. The little fridge was on a piece of wood that I hit my foot on it that after that I was keeping my shoes on when I was in the room. I think there must be a better way to put that fridge.

It is not very important but the "balcony" I paid for is separated by a door (so it does not add a view from the room) and you can not put even a chair in that balcon. From my point of view, it does not make sense to consider it a better room . Internet was no reliable, it was slow and disconected by moments.

The breakfast was okay. It was the same foods basic foods every day and seemed like the leftovers from one day is what was put out the next. It was better than nothing, but still far from great.

The workers were nice. The location was good. It was a little far walking distance from things but still walkable. Close to the ocean. The room was nice and it was good to have air conditioning and heating.

Due to humidity the place (and our stuff there) was always a bit wet.

This place is very close Miraflores cliff walk (by foot - 5 min). Breakfast is ok as well.

The service glitches I experienced would have been sorted out by now.

It was rough at first, significantly contributed by my own poor planning. I booked the hotel a couple of hours before my flight that arrived in Lima past midnight. I should have been aware of the severe staff shortages in the service industry around the world then, and that many locations were only slowly opening up to tourism again. Therefore, the airport transfer I asked for did not arrive (I took a taxi from the airport), I had to wake someone up to open the hotel door for me, and the room was musty and basic. HOWEVER, once I settled in, aired the room the next day, and had breakfast, things looked up. The location of the place is fantastic, I was able to take daily walks along the coast. Staff treated me with care and warmth. Even the clientele of the hotel was warm and welcoming. One of the guests took me under her wing for a couple of hours and took me to the local bakery, the renowned restaurant two blocks away, and so on.

They do not really speak English but it is very common in Peru.

Breakfast was exceptional and staff was very friendly, it was a very good impression as a first breakfast in Peru. Bed was also comfortable, it is recommended to stay here some nights.

Cheats. There's an obvious problem with the drainage as said in previous reviews. They will try and put you in the rooms that have a disgusting smell of urine until you complain, then they will change you to a different one the next day if you're lucky. I stayed two nights on my own, before being joined by my travel group the day after. I had the same problem the last day of our trip, before catching our flight back to UK. Every single time being given a stinky room. Some of the staff members are very nice, especially and young lady and gentleman that are super friendly and helpful. One of the middle aged women is rude and a cheat. She kept gossiping while trying to rip us off for a taxi (charging us more than 10 times than the money quoted by Uber). Of course, we declined her offer. Location is good, of course, and that's it. They say this place's investors are German? Well, perhaps only the German tourists get the good rooms! Shame on you.

We booked a suite with balcony but it was only a door into a 0.5 square meter place with dirty glass windows. We were also shocked when they asked us to pay 16 USD because we had made a stain that didn’t go away . I use white towels to remove makeup at home and they are easily washed away. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant

The staff is really nice and they have a nice rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast. Breakfast is basic but tasty. I forgot my vaccination cards, and they sent me pictures of it.
