The internet connection in my room, 101, wasn't great. I needed to use the internet to work from there and I couldn't get a stable connection. I had to use my mobile data

This was a bargain hotel so I did not mind that some aspects were a little worn. However, I would suggest they clean the carpets in the bedrooms more often.

Budget hotel in San Isidro that was close to a part of Lima where I was going to a wedding. The hotel could use some renovation but the room costs were good value as a result. Young friendly reception staff. I had a large corner room where the ability to open windows on both sides helped in the city heat. I was there for several days and appreciated the kettle and fridge as I had bought some food/drinks at the nearby large supermarket.

We liked the human decency and eagerness to help us, even when we were having issues with our credit card, they allowed us to get to the room and fix our issue after. They showed us where to go and how to reach those places. They were extremely kind

The shower. It has a step that I had to climb down; there are no grab rails; fortunately, nothing happened but it's the only thing that really caused me a little concern but it's just a recommendation.

There were always very nice people at the reception and cleanliness which makes the stay in this accommodation very safe. I love the staff. With the owner I had very good communication, she is a kind person; a very nice lady. Thanks a lot.

Rooms doesn't have AC or Ventilation and the room was hot, the bathroom light wasn't working, I changed it from a lamp, no power plugs next to bed, only next to fridge, no chair for the desktop.

Rooms are too close to each other and many windows practically conecting to different ambients, so privacy its not much of a thing…..also….ig seems they dont clean that much….i found too many spiders

Everything except the location.

Horrendous. Shower had not been cleaned. Curtains did not cover anything. Anyone could look into our room when walking by our room. They were cleaning the room next to us at midnight and being really loud.

The staff did not provide the room that was booked on the first night, there was confusion about the reservation. (Eventhough I reserved with more than 2 weeks in advance). They had multiple excuses, first they said there was no resevation, but later they did confirm the reservation but with a different room. The room did not have a heater (it got very cold) the bathroom, specifically the shower, had fungus and smelled like mold. The room's smell was like mold and humid and the lamps on top of the nightstand did not work.

The location, very close to some cool local places and popular areas like Barranco and Miraflores.
