Rooms not heated unless we paid supplement, but plenty of warm blankets provided. So we did not need the heat.

Good location in Santa Ana neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk down hill to main square of the city. Batman Bus service, frequent all day to 10:00 pm, direct from apartment to city center. Very convenient and cheap if you prefer not to walk. Spectacular view of city and surrounding mountains from roof-top terrace and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful host. Host provided lots of information and was always available to help. Host offered good priced breakfast and meals in restaurant. Spacious apartment. Host arranged for us to stay longer when our plans changed. Excellent value.

The internet signal was spotty. There was an odor from the shower drain which we fixed with plastic.

The view from the bedroom was great. The host and staff were friendly and met our needs. The bus stop was conveniently located at the front of the principal entrance. Good hot water by gas (not electric) and good water pressure.

It is somewhat loud and it is up the hill, a tiring walk. Despite this, it offers great views and the host is helpful in showing you what bus drops you off right out front.

We liked it all. Sometimes the water wasn't really hot but Juan hopes to install solar panels.

We loved how thoughtful Juan was. He cooked tasty chicken the night we arrived although it was pretty late. He was always ready to help.

The view is WOW! The hosts are the kindest! The apartment was fantastic! The kitchen had everything my chef boyfriend needed! It's nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood a little away from all the other tourists. Though, it was only a 15min walk downhill into the center of town! (And walking uphill back home wasn't bad at all either). Also, the Batman bus stops right in front of the house, so no need for taxis! Comfy beds, spacious quarters, good wifi. Perfect. It really felt like we were at home. Thank you so much!

Whole clean apartment to yourself, lots of space, view from room is good. Locations good, quick 5-10mins walk down into town. Walk back is around 15mins but host will let you know which bus to take to come back.

I had good sightseeing of the cusco city. .the room has plenty space. I have all set that I need in the kitchen . I have hot water in the bathroom. . I really like the apartment. I really recommend it.

Nice spacious apartment with good amenities. Serviced well by bus service, but only a 10 minute walk into town. Nice views of Cuzco. Very comfortable, relaxing stay. Karina's English is excellent and she is very laid back and friendly. Great value for money.

On the whole it was pretty quiet , but... there were a few mornings that some guests started blasting their music at seven AM! If you a light sleeper and want to sleep in, I highly advise you to bring some earplugs.

The location was better than I expected. There is a bus " Batman" that stops right in front of the place and you can get to and from the center in about 8 minutes. For one sol it is a great deal. We took a taxi on our first day and it cost 15 soles. There are two mini marts close by and have a good selection of the basics. We cooked a lot of our meals and stayed indoors a lot ( we were on a business trip) and it was very comfortable. Hot showers and comfy beds. Dogs and cats on site were an added bonus. The owners are very nice and will answer your every need pronto!
