Everything was exceptional

Luis was absolutely amazing at setting up the best deal for me! I was traveling from New York City on my first trip out of the country and I couldn't have been placed in better hands. The manager even came to my room personally to let me know that he adjusted the check out time so there wouldn't be a long wait to get to the airport. If I could give 11 stars I would. I was also on a dieta and the chef was able to accommodate my dietary needs. This will be the only hotel that I stay in every time I come to Peru. Thanks a million to all the staff... There were ants in my closet but it's south America, there's ants everywhere, and it wasn't excessive. Also, the shower leaked all over the floor but it was an easy clean up.

Super clean, great staff, and quiet. I had stayed closer to the center of cusco earlier in the week and it was super loud, so I opted for Saska for the quiet, and it indeed was quiet. That being said its only 15 minutes walk from the historic center :). Also hot water and water pressure which you don't always get in peru.

It’s a bit noisy during the night if the window is facing the street. It’s located a bit outside of the touristic area (10 minutes walking), but it’s a safe place anyway. The value for money in the end was very good.

The room is very clean, it has hot shower that works well and also heating (this is very important in Cusco). The staff was very helpful, they kept our luggage for free for a few days when we were in a longer trekking trip. Breakfast was good. We chose to return for one night at this same hotel after our trekking trip.

The room is super clean. Its about 15 minute walk away from Plaza de Armas. I had garden view room which was nice view. The staff are extremely friendly and nice, I felt welcomed and felt I’m treated as more than a guest. They offer free airport shuttle if you stay more than 3 nights. They were also able to accommodate late check out as my flight is later in the day. I enjoyed every minute in Saska. This place is exceptional! if I visit Cusco again I will definitely stay here. It’s even better than the 5 star hotel I stayed in Lima. I will miss this place :)

I loved everything about the property. Bed is comfortable.Room is clean and staff are super nice and friendly. They put cocoa leave tea on the first floor so if you ever feel you need a cup to help with altitude sickness it’s always ready for you!

We asked for a reservation for one extra night, but when we came back from our trip they had no room which was really a bad experience. Still a good experience breakfast boxes should be improved.

I can't say I didn't like it. It was just plane jane. Nothing special. But It was a great place when the ae airports were closed and no expensive hotels had openings! No complaints though.

the mattress was hard as a rock, the walls and doors were not sound proofed at all - I was often awoken in the middle of the night by sounds in the hallway, the shower temperature was very difficult to regulate, the breakfast was not enjoyable.

1) personnel (except for one guy) does not speak english at all, it takes a lot of time to explain simple asks 2) AVOID room on the ground floor — you can hear everything that is taking place in the lobby and at the reception - we were annoyed by the central door bell ringing all the night! 3) central heating is working 10-15% of time and always turns off, and it becomes extremely cold 4) lobby, breakfast area and other spaces are all very cold 5) breakfast is less than average, you need to ask and wait to get boiled eggs

unfortunately during our stay here my boyfriends Bose wireless headphones were taken out of the room and my best friend who stayed here also had her Apple headphones taken from her room. she also noticed her farming watch charger went missing as well (luckily she was wearing the watch). not sure who to blame for letting this happen because the staff really did seem so sweet but be careful of leaving small items in rooms. we did leave laptops and cameras and those weren’t touched but think they or whoever went for smaller things that could have been “misplaced” or maybe not noticed. wouldn’t say don’t stay here but do keep your belongings in safe or on your person
