Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaOur room was on the first floor near the breakfast area, and it was sometimes a bit noisy, but not too bad.
Location was great, it was in a quiet area but still close to the center of Miraflores. Hotel was very affordable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The facility was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased overall with our choice of this hotel.

Every time you want to enter or leave the hotel the gate needs to be unlocked by reception (annoying). Rooms are nice but look better on pictures than im reality. Loud vacuum cleaning in the room next to ours at 0800 in the morning (god knows why)
The rooms are located around a spacious court yard, looks like a summer holiday complex and is very nice. Room big enough with mostly steady hot water. Comfortable beds, good location and quiet location for a fair price

EcuadorIt was not clear on the reservation that I needed 1 double bed and 1 additional single bed. Despite that, the staff managed to accommodate us comfortable enough. No elevator, despite there are 4 stories, no hands towel on the rooms neither a place to hang it. Wardrobe a bit old, without a handle.
Very friendly and helpful staff, always available to assist in our needs. The hotel has its charm since it is an antique house, although it needs some maintenance specifically on the bedrooms. Breakfast is good enough with option of fruit, bread, and different type of eggs. Excelent location, 3 blocks from.Larcomar.

CanadaSince the area in Lima near the hotel has no laundry service, and the hotel did not offer laundry service, we need more space to hang clothes to dry, since we were on a long trip and needed to wash clothes. The room needs at least one more mirror outside the bathroom. There was a loud alarm that went off in the middle of the night more than once. The hotel gave no explanation or apology. The hotel needs to do more to enforce guests to respect quiet times at night, there were some other guests at the hotel that kept us awake at night with their noise.
The breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly. The location is good as Miraflores is a good neighbourhood for tourists to explore on foot. Good restaurants and a convenience store nearby where you can buy drinking water. The courtyard is a nice feature and a good place to relax. Although Lima is loud with traffic during the day, the street this hotel is on got really quiet from midnight until 6 am. I recommend using earplugs every time I travel, but this was a pleasant thing that I noticed. The hotel staff accommodated our large group of travellers and stored our bags for several hours on more than one occasion.
