Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was very loud the first night we arrived as there was a gig taking place on the ground floor. When we asked for a kettle and a hairdryer (found it hard to believe these weren't in the room) we had to ask more than 3 times for each to arrive. There was a dj on the Saturday night playing music that no-one was dancing to, whilst standing in front of the tv screen where football was showing - very random and not very 5 star!!
Our room (18th floor) was excellent, very comfortable and a great view of the dancers every night. Breakfast was good.

SingaporeThe room cleaning service could have been a little better. I have to request for the room to be cleaned on more than 2 days out of the few days of my stay.
The hotel location is very good. I was given a room on the 5th level overlooking the central square right across the road from the hotel. In the evening, I could see people enjoying themselves dancing throughout the evening with live music and drums. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel and it has many food and beverage outlets. And there are more than 2 pharmacies where I could buy my high altitude sickness medicine without doctor's prescription.

United StatesThey asked for an early check-in fee, was ridiculous. The AC in room was not thermostat or self set. You could only turn fan on high, medium, low, or off. We were fine, but it could bother someone wanting 'very cold' room. Sound was fine from street because we had higher level but I am unsure about closer to street level noise for 'front facing' rooms. Rear facing rooms seemed better for lower levels.
Staff were first class. As was the water heat, pressure, tub in room; all great. Pool was nice, breakfast was great. Wonderful spot for central and historic Lima. Would stay again anytime. Diana our server at breakfast, one day, was very good.

I like the most the attitude of the stuff to us in the Recepion- name o the lady that served us was Maria Elena who helped us to find any answer to any question we had. Another stuff that helped was The security Superviser name Stuart who escort us to a clinic near by the hotel . Helped us as a translatore with the Doctor & with buying the medicine we needed to buy. So the last one we apprichiate much was Melisa, that incharge of the Dinning Room she served us with patient and a big smile. When we left the hotel we could feel thatnothing every stuff we talked to did the best to improove our staying :))

United StatesWe used the Sheraton twice for basically overnights, and at night, when traffic is light, the ride from the airport is about 30 minutes. During peak traffic, it can take up to an hour. Not the Sheraton's fault, it's just Lima.
The hotel is what you expect from Sheraton/Mariott. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel and it's right among the government buildings in the historic district. We did not go out much from the hotel, but the bar and restaurant in the hotel were good. The staff was very accommodating. My husband did not get his Mariott points as he didn't book through the hotel directly, just a heads up.

Now it looks like the memorial of the end of the last century… Something can be done right now — f.e. to arrange tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, to provide guests with robes and room shoes…
The location is close to the old town. So if you want to see not trendy and globalized Miraflores but by UNESCO protected magnificent old town of Lima you should stay here… The hotel stuff I found very helpful and ready to solve any of your problems, really nice people. And the views from the upper floors are breathtaking…
