The room was great. So was the breakfast and the rooftop view. The parking worked fine and the staff were really helpful. Everything was super clean. The only issue was that Abancay was very lively on. Friday night and there is a loud discotheque next door!

Location being so good made for a bit of noise as holiday celebrations are held nearby - NOT the fault of the hotel. Still amazing!

I wasn't sure what to expect as the price was relatively low and the front entrance didn't give me a lot of confidence, but once inside the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room wasn't fancy, but I didn't expect that. It very large and everything was cleaned each day -- something not all hotels in Peru do. The shower -- a priority for me! -- was always hot and strong. I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Abancay and would recommend the hotel enthusiastically.

The loation is good being in the town centre so cafes and facilities were close. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and being on the top floor with good 360 degree views of the town and mountains. The room has dated furnture but the beed was very comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel late at night, after a very long driving, and we were exhausted. Next morning we left early and after we have left the town we found out that they have not given us the rooms we had booked. We had booked 2 superior rooms with large windows and view ( photos at booking), but we were given 2 standard rooms with no windows and view . So, check the rooms you have booked, if you choose this hotel

I wish there were a curtain covering the window to the outside.

The staff was very friendly and called me a cab when requested. The breakfast was also decent—just a typical breakfast. Nice hot showers all day, but one morning there was no hot water, probably because everyone else was taking a shower.

Not the hotel's fault, but there was a very loud (beyond earplug loud) night party in the lot beside the hotel, with bands that played until 6am. The hotel may have been unaware of the party, and such parties may not be frequent.. But it still meant a night of zero sleep before 6am in an otherwise great hotel. Tip: If staying on a Saturday night, ask due a room on the downhill side of the hotel. The lot is on the uphill side.

The hotel, the staff, and secure parking for my motorcycle were great.. 👍 .

There was a gap on top of the bathroom door, so you can hear pretty much what someone is doing in the bathroom. Also, because of the gap, the steam from your shower escapes into the room. There's also a gap by the window, so you can feel a bit of a draft in the room.

We had a superior queen room. It was warm, comfortable, and quiet. The location was good. Close to many restaurants and the night market. Our breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy - juice, eggs, bread, and coffee, but it was good.

We heard a strange noise from our room, where we couldn’t locate its origin. It was a bit annoying but fortunately we were super tired, so we were able to ignore it after awhile.

Proximity to a lot of shops and restaurants and has safe indoor parking! Very clean and nice rooms also. Breakfast was also good!

It was REALLY loud on a Friday night as it's located right on the party street. Our room didn't have any window to the outside and no real ventilation so the air was pretty bad. For me personally the pillows were the most uncomfortable ones I have ever encountered in a hotel. Very high and very hard. We booked a 27m2 room with mountain views but got a different, worse room at the end which was much smaller and didn't have a proper window to the outside. When we mentioned that the next day (when checking in we were too tired) the girl didn't really know what to do. So overall not a great experience. I personally wouldn't stay there again.

The location was right in the city centre on the party street (which can be good and bad at the same time). Breakfast was decent (tea or coffee, 2 bread rolls, eggs, jam and butter). The shower was good.

This is a very good hotel for the city's standard, clean, reasonably quite, with elevator, and close to several decent restaurants, The staff was very helpful. As all Peruvian cities, Abancay has a bustling traffic and they help us to drive to the parking lot on the other side of the hotel.

Extremely noisy location, nightclubs next door pumping out the music till 4am, then the barking dogs began. Ear plugs essential, even then the vibration from the music is felt through the pillow. Staff were surly and unfriendly. Breakfast was late.

There are a few nightclubs/discotheques/karaoke-bars in the same block, which are playing super loud music till 4am (on a Tuesday...). Its not even possible to talk in a normal voice in the room and the bed seemed to be directly connected to the base of the music. Impossible to sleep, though we'd been in the 5th floor on the back of the building

The staff is great and the hotel itself gets a 9/10 from us.
