Water randomly stopped working on and off. Mid shower wasn’t ideal but would return after a few hours

It’s located in the centre of Puno, the rooms are big, breakfast was also nice. The staff members are very helpful, they booked a trip to lake Titicaca for us and it was lovely

The garage entrance is horrible, it is broken down and it scratched our car. The room didn't look very clean.

The hotel was very close to everything, great location, the beds were comfortable and soft. It was good value for money. The decoration of the common areas was lovely and the staff was helpful, if a bit cold.

You can see how the people who own the hotel are getting ready to sell it. They simply don't care anymore. The window did not close, there was moisture on the walls in the bathroom. Breakfast was more of a joke.

The staff is amazing. The girl at the reception made the experience pleasant.

Hot water was or too hot or not hot enough. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.

Everything was perfect

It's more of a hotel than a hostel. The room was unbelievably big and the furniture was very nice / bed comfy. Would definitely book again.

I guess you get what you pay for it was a cold and smelly room. Luke warm shower. Some party ongoing until 3 am or smt. Won't stay again.

Good location, we could put our luggage prior to our stay (after using google translate, staff speaks mainly Spanish). large room, clean room. The reception lady helped us to call the pick up company.

- First off, we booked a double room, which would include a double bed. Google “double bed” and you will find a size of at least 140cm width. This bed is 120. Not a double bed - We got a room in which the bathroom was DIRTY as hell. Mold on the floor, the walls and the ceilings. I added pictures for reference. When we complained we got another room with *less* mold (yeay!) but still very very dirty. I think the property could do with a really good deep cleaning. - Of the 2 nights we spend there, we only had hot water on the last night and last morning. - The room had tape on the ceiling - The breakfast is very limited; just bread and some jam.

The only thing we liked about the hostel is I guess the location. Other than that… Nothing

Almost everything. We were right in the middle of the historic centre. Restaurants and other facilities nearby. The staff was very friendly as they helped me to finish off a puzzling Argentinian visa for my wife on my iPad.

The bathroom smells, but if you keep the door shut is fine. Wi-Fi doesn’t work well.

The location is great. Staff were happy for us to leave our luggage whilst we did a 2 day/1 night tour to Isla de Uros and Amantani. Breakfast is simple.

The WiFi did not work on the 3rd floor, so we moved to the 2nd floor. Our room was very dark and cold, and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms walls/water system that we could smell from the bedroom. Photos online were misleading.
