Very convenient location in the city centre right by Qorikancha. Large rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alex is an amazing host: the breakfast is delicious and he goes the extra mile every time to help all guests which is hugely appreciated (e.g. reserving popular restaurants, organising taxis, offering to organise lunchboxes for tour days etc). Highly recommend for a stay in Cusco !!

If your room is on the street, sleeping will be challenging as it is a loud, traffic-filled street. They love to honk!

Great location. Nice, simple breakfast delivered when you want, or a bagged lunch if you are leaving early for a trip. Prefect!

The owner was a bit over helpful, not seeming to understand I just wanted to be left alone. Address is weird. the 841 is in the MIDDLE of the 600 block. The other side of the street is only 6xxx, but THIS side is 6xx -8xx -6xx. Very bizarre, and I could not find it walking back to the hotel

The area is a bit noisy. This is NOT the hotel’s fault. Cisco is a busy destination and people are coming and going all hours. Therefore there is street noise throughout the night. I honestly don’t think this issue would be any better at any other hotel in the area. It just is what it is in Cusco.

This hotel is in a great location. We could easily walk to the main square, Wanchaq train station, and the San Pedro market. It was pretty easy to get to and from the airport by taxi. The host is so kind and helpful and the breakfasts delivered to your room are decadent.

Alex, the owner was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to accommodate us at every turn with late check ins and late check outs. He gave us many suggestions that helped us and made our stay wonderful. The location is fabulous and the apartment is great! Highly recommend!

For elderly who hate stairs, this might not be suitable. For light sleeper, the noise from the main street might be an issue.

location is great. Each unit has a kitchenete and the bigger unit has the full kitchen. The staff are all very helpful and speak English, they are quick to respond any request. They even fixed us take out breakfast as we need to leave early.

Noisy as it is located on a busy street. It is right beside the Peru rail office so every morning between 3:30 AM to 5:30 AM. There was a lot of noise from tours leaving and crowds of tourists coming. During the day, it was a lot of shouting car, beeping, and music. There was also very limited dishes to cook. There were no dishes that were microwave safe. I did ask for a chopping knife and a chopping board however, keep in mind It is not meant for long-term, but just a few days. Although the beds were impeccably, clean the cupboards and floors very dirty but nothing that cannot be fixed. How do I mention it to the staff.

Absolutely lovely staff. Giara and Walter went above and beyond for me. Adorable little room with super comfy bed and clean pillows. Small little kitchenette, so I was able to cook for myself. Piping hot water and excellent Internet. Love the location. 10 minute walk to the main plaza and the Central market. Eight minute walk to the grocery store. Very little adorable restaurants on the same street. The breakfast was incredibly delicious . It is made to order and they bring it to your room. They make freshly squeezed orange juice! During my whole stay at this hotel, Giara and Walter made me feel so special! Any problems I had they fixed it. Thank you , Giara and Walter. For everything you have done for me.

We got room facing Main Street and it was noisy moment we open window for ventilation. Kitchen needs to be better equipped for cooking pots, etc. On 2nd day our Netflix was not working with message that too many users using at same time. This should be fixed.

Great location walking distance from centre and main attractions. Very nice staff always willing to help. Nice bedding and big and bright room.

Only minus was that there is no elevator.

So friendly and helpfull staff, especially Alex. Location was also awesome. The top floor 2 bedroom apartment was really nice and quiet. Great and firm beds, loved it. Breakfast was really great as you can choose daily what to have and what time it shall be sent to your room. If you consider taking Inca rail to Machu Picchu the location is absolutely fabulous as the Inca rail office is in the same building and the bimodal bus service to Ollantaytambo leaves right front of the apartment.

The property is located 8’ walking to the city center, in the same building with InkaRail departure from Cusco to the MacchuPicchu.Just down from the hotel and jump in the transportation bus. Alex done a great job with everything and serve us a fantastic breakfast.

Unfortunately because of the protests in Cusco, we could not make it to the hotel but they were super nice handling the situation. Easy communication and prompt service! Would stay next time if I need to!

Everything was really good the only detail was that the isolation of one of the windows was a bit broken which made the street a bit noisy, but it’s a small detail, we slept really well !

The walls are thin so you can hear neighboring rooms and hallway. The night shade doesn’t block out the sun entirely.

10 minute walk from all of the main attractions in the city. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Great WiFi.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s a relatively minor point. More space for storage would have been very welcome, but that may simply have been the particular room we had.

Fantastic location in the historic centre of Cusco within easy walking distance (not to be underestimated given the altitude) of the main square, lots of great restaurants and the train station (for those intending to visit Machu Picchu). Room was on the smaller side with limited space for luggage etc, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast included was a simple but nice assortment of hot and cold items and fresh juice. The staff were superb, Daniel was always on hand via WhatsApp to answer questions or help in any way. And Ciara was so nice and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond.

Excellent location as balconies open to a park, which means quiet rooms and balconies. Markets, restaurants and main square are all close, huge area for souvenirs are close, even Peru national bank ATM is just a few steps downhill to get cash without extra fees. Our host Alex is excellent, always available through whatsapp and his recommendations list that he shares once you check in.. is long and extremely useful, by far the best I've seen in South America yet. Room was great, everything is available that you need for even making your own food.
