The food and drink at the breakfast seemed to go cold quickly. However, the staff were always around to help and were very attentive

Both girls at the desk were very helpful in planning what there is to do and how to get from place to place. Room was very comfortable and I was able to relax.

they could focus more on cleaning the walls on the rooms, some of them were very dirty.

Food could be improved, both the breakfast offer and the room service options. We've had some jacuzzi malfunction on one of the days and the reception sent someone over to fix it (unfortunately, the guy didn't speak any English and didn't try to speak slower in Spanish so we could understand the technical problem we were dealing with so we ended up just nodding and hoping for the best)

Great value for the price! We booked it for NYE as we wanted to have a relaxing evening in the jacuzzi and it was definitely a good deal for how spacious the room was and how comfortable it felt. One of the staff members actually spoke English which always makes things easier for foreign travellers. There are some snacks in the room in case you crave something at night and some nice happy hour drinks :)

Really needs an elevator but they are in the process of installing one.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful but most don’t speak English so be prepared to speak Spanish or use Google Translate.

No windows in room. Nothing really nearby. They charged 35s ($10) for a pet, that was not clear when booked, and I asked beforehand and they did not reply. Room was small and dark.

From the beginning the recepcionist Rosmery was very helpful. I had a small issue with the shower and the staff attended it very quickly.

We returned one late afternoon to find our door was unlocked and the window we had purposely locked was also unlocked.

Breakfast is really good with fresh fruit and fruit juice and good panes. Room was made and bedsheets changed every day as towels also.

My stay at Hotel Solec Chiclayo was simply perfect. From the minute I walked I felt welcome. The hotel is clean and the room was huge. The brealfast was nice as well, but it was really the staff that made this hotel exceptional. had such a nice time at Hotel Solec that I decided the book a room at one of their hotels in Piura. Even though I have not finished my stay here yet, the level of service is yet again exceptional.

The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

No help with the luggages (all rooms are at least on 2nd floor or more). Wrong room given at first, not the correct number of beds and garbage from previous guest. Second room had broken handle on the window so it was impossible to close. Cold air entering in the room all night. Even signaling this to the front desk when we arrive did not lead to anything, no repair or change of room, no discount. The room had only one towel for 4 guests. No way indicated to phone the front desk so they can bring it (they don't answer the number from the web). We told them on the morning : no reaction To end the awful service : they invoiced us a small stain (1mm) on the bed sheets... I am not even sure it was us. Verify everything entering the room if you dare sleeping there... Location is noisy, there was very loud music almost all night. You are quite far from everything if you want to visit Chiclayo, you will need taxis.
