One group was playing a concert and singing loudly in the lobby until midnight. No one from the hotel stopped them, but luckily I had earplugs so I could sleep. I thought it was very insane.

The second time we stayed, our rooms were in the wrong arrangement but this was quickly rectified.

It felt like a very luxurious hotel. The staff were efficient and excellent, we found Elizabeth who worked in the restaurant particularly special. The breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard. Overall we highly recommend the hotel.

A couple of times during my stay there was no Coco tea in the lobby.

I returned to warm welcome back to Sonesta after a 3 night Inca Trail hike (I stayed prior to my hike). They stored my bags free of charge prior to leaving and had everything waiting for me upon my return! Such an amazing and wonderful staff! A warm shower awaited and a quiet night of rest on a great mattress with sweet pillows. Oh and the free breakfasts are really nice. So much to choose from whether you want a light or hearty breakfast. I also loved that I could easily walk just about anywhere I wanted to explore in Cusco. Sonesta Cusco is highly recommended!

- sometimes at night, maintenance staff walked around the hallway and talking on wake talkie which echoed quite loudly enough to wake me up - there’s a flaw in bathroom of room 217, that when you shower, the water spilled on to the floor

near airport- facility provided free airport shuttle when I left! - The staff is super friendly! Free cookies brought to the room

What the hotel lacks in architectural charm it more than makes up for with the staff. I stayed 4 nights and every staff member I interacted with was highly attentive, pleasant and keen to help me in any way they could. They were fantastic! They offer lots of breakfast options and the rooms were comfortable.

Staff were amazing and it was especially helpful most knew english too!. We had an early start for a day tiur and they had a breakfast bag ready for us at 4am for on the road! Our room was also spotlessly cleaned every day - we were amazed! We loved our stay here! Thank you so much.

excellent standard of room, clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, ideally located. the room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge to store water and drinks which we found very useful. Great cuisine including Peruvian dishes, and a small To-Go coffee shop which was very convenient. overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco.
