The location is excellent. The hotel has all the amenities as other great hotels but the difference is the generosity of the staff. They make you feel like you're at home!

It would be nice to have filtered water available for guests, I saw this at some other hotels. The WiFi is spotty, depending on where you are in the building and the breakfast is not great and only is good if you get there within the first hour of breakfast otherwise all the good stuff is all eaten.

The location is fabulous for exploring all the beauty that Cusco has to offer but not on the main square so its not as noisy which is great. Staff is exceptional - very helpful and nice!

The location is perfect to go to touristic place and restaurants. The hotel staffs are so kind and helped us to stay comfortable. It was in the middle of the renovation, but they treated us so well. We really enjoyed the stay.

Our first room was more exterior and got quite cold at night, where our second room was more interior and much warmer. Just a heads up to folks who may not do well with the cold. The hotel offers a heater and extra blankets if needed!

I loved the location of the hotel, and the staff were so accommodating. Rosa María was absolutely amazing and so helpful with every question and concern we had. I would definitely stay there again.

Our first room was quite cold even with the heater. That was the only issue. The second room, an interior room was much warmer though.

Rosa María was incredible as a host and gave such helpful advice and recommendations throughout our entire stay. The rooms were a good size, and the beds very comfortable. Wonderful location in Cusco city center as well.

Nothing, we really liked this place!

We stayed at Sueños del Inka for 3 nights, and everything was perfect. Nice hotel, very clean and located in the best area of the city. Breakfast was ok. We stayed in a comfortable room with hot water and heater (very useful, by the way). Staff always at help. Rosamaria, in particular, helped us to book all tours that were of our interest and recommended great restaurants in the city. Many thanks for this! We highly recommend this place to stay in Cusco!!!

multiple options for breakfast. What needed to be hot was hot and what needed to be cold was cold and it was a filling breakfast for the energy needed to handled the walking the city was going to require.

Nothing really - some rooms are up steps, so be prepared to feel a little out of breath, but this is true of everywhere in Cusco when you first arrive!

The staff were fantastic and super helpful - they made a breakfast for us when we had to leave at 3am for a trek, and were also kind enough to separate out our delicate laundry. This hotel is very comfortable and well located - we had a really easy time exploring the city. It is also near San Blas which is a plus as that is another great area to explore.

Staff could be a little bit more attentive and react quicker to the customers' requests. Breakfast was good enough but the one "to go" could definitely be improved: 1 sandwich with only a couple of small slices of cheese, a snack and a banana, without even juice or water is just too small

Not many plugs available next to the bed to charge phone, as well as a limited amount of hangers in the closet.

Excellent reception staff, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast very extensive for Peru and tasty quacamole. Hotel interior very authentic. Location was amazing, as it was 3min to the central square. Breakfast package for day trips or arranging a taxi for guests, all was easily arranged.

this hotel was wonderful. It had the charm of a traditional Peruvian hotel. The staff was the best. They were very kind and helpful. It is located close to the city square. Everything was in walking distance. I would stay here again

location is in Cusco center, I was picked-up when I booked guided tour departing from Cusco towards many historical Inca's sites and "National Geographic's" places. Departing early in the morning, the hotel gave me a breakfast box with juice, sandwich, snack. Staff was able to help me arranging a covid test to come back to USA. Very close to the hotel, there is a wonderful little restaurant with menu and surprising awful service.

very good location, just a couple blocks east of the main square and even closer to the market area; basic yet comfortable quiet room with an additional heating unit (which we used), an updated bathroom, and a window looking out to a seating area so no view (but we also reserved a basic twin room); overall a nice place with secure entrance, multiple levels and seating areas reached by stairs, an upper level viewing area, and a very lovely stone breakfast area and nice breakfast spread; the staff was very helpful with recommendations and taxi assistance.
