I had such a wonderful time staying here for a few weeks. It is in a nice quiet location with a wonderful view of the city. Alejandro was so nice and helpful whenever I had questions about getting around the area, and gave me an awesome history lesson and tour when I first got there. It’s located is an amazing location where you have a beautiful view of Cuzco, but it’s not for everyone to walk upstairs and downstairs every day.

The only thing I can really say is to have blackout curtains in the sleeping rooms for night time. I always have a sleeping mask though, so I was fine.

Location is fantastic (up many stairs, but that is Cusco AND what gives it the amazing view). Hot showers Host is absolutely incredible. Alejandro goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. I was sick when I arrived and he even offered to arrange a doctor to visit me at the apartment. Beds are comfortable. Provides filtered water for cheaper than you can buy anywhere in town. Laundry service available and cheaper than anywhere you could pay to have it done. I needed an extra pot at some point and he helped me get more for cooking.

during the night, it can be very cold, the apartments are not fully refurbished as yet, but the host is doing his best to improve the apartments. It was great for 2 nights before trekking to MP but it is not the place to stay if you are picky.

the host is amazing - we were in contact before the trip and his communication via whatsapp was always very good. he made sure we experienced a traditional meal celebrated on Good Friday together with other guests and locals. He gave us a tour around Cusco and tool us to very special places in the town.

The property and view is spectacular over the town of Cusco and Alejandro was the most wonderful host. Lovely spot in San Blas and very comfortable facilities with nice hot showers, spacious rooms. Ability to wash clothes was a huge plus after some hiking. Could not recommend it more highly!

I can't recommend Summit View enough, the view is really spectacular, the owner is super friendly and is available at any time to help with any problems or give information that you may need,the beds are super comfy and it's a short distance away from the town center but just enough outside to be nice and quiet at night,will definitely be back 😀

The room was quite cold but that seems to be normal in this part of town. The bed had enough warm blankets to keep you hot through the night.

The host is very knowledgeable about the city and speaks perfect English which is nice if you don't speak good Spanish. He gave us a free tour and offered tons of free advice and recommendations for going to Macchu Picchu and Rainbow mountain. We also got to use the washing machine for free and leave or bags for free when going on our Macchu Picchu trip. Would recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for families (5 people). There were steps to enter the apartment and to enter the bathroom. For us this was no problem, but for others this might make it less accessible. The other apartments however do not have those steps and also have great views.

Alejandro was a great host. He was always happy to help whenever needed and gave us a free tour through Cusco. He is not offering a ‘one size fits all’ service, but really checks what his guests need and want, to make sure they have a great stay. Muchas gracias Alejandro! We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed at the cold season and there was no heating in the room. The blankets are good enough for the nights but during the day the apartment was cold.

Alejandro is an exceptional host! He is so nice, generous and friendly. He even brought us a cake and beer to celebrate my husband's birthday! The view from the house is incredible worth the long stairs up the house. It is also great to have a washing machine and a dryer.

This place was amazing and the best one we stayed at during our South America trip. Alejandro, the host, was very kind and generous. He let us check in early and stay late on our last day. He even took us on a wonderful guided tour in Cusco. The house offers drinking water and laundry service for a low price, and he helped us with that too. The rooms are spacious and have a simple kitchen. This place is highly recommended. Thomas is cute too 🐈

Bathroom door; stairs to get up to the property (with the altitude, you need to stop and rest halfway up); it’s a work in progress with new ownership, so they are making every effort to make it better.

Mattresses are all new and exceptionally comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and do their best to help you with anything you need. No surprises— everything is posted, so no hidden charges. Cool set up for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view from their property. Wifi is good (50-60 mbps).

Great location in San Blas! It was also the most value we've gotten for the money in our travels. It was a cute little apartment with a functional kitchen. Also cheaper to do laundry on-site than bring it to a lavandaria. Alex was amazing and helped us out with anything we needed.

Alejandro made our stay in Cusco feel like we went to all the best places and learned as much as we could. The property itself it wonderful value with great views, kitchen facilities and comfy beds, but Alejandro’s tour and tips were invaluable. I felt like everything he suggested was exactly right for our group and we never would have found so many great places and foods without him. With his help we learned the about the city and it’s history and discovered local gems, and even traditional live music accompanied by a delicious tea. The breakfast Alejandro provided was fantastic and excellent value, even includes local specialties like quinoa tea. He has a water filter on site for inexpensive bottle fills we did not have to buy a single plastic bottle the entire time in Cusco.

I had no idea it was a long hike up, an area where cars and taxis don’t go. Room needed renovation. No heat (it was cold). Had to request towels and toiletries instead of having them readily available.

It had a nice scenic view. Host offered a free tour of the area. He was accommodating when around. The roof top common area was nice, went to watch TV and relax.
