Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesIf you are a light sleeper (noise sensitive), either avoid this place or bring good earplugs. Each of the 3 nights I stayed here, I was woken up by something different - dogs barking outside, people dragging their suitcases up the stairs in the middle of the night, etc.
I booked the "Junior suite with balcony" room - the bed was comfortable and the room itself was spacious for myself as a solo traveler. It is in a good, central location with many shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. It is about 20 min walking distance to the coast. The staff was pretty friendly, and the breakfast buffet that was included with my stay was great also. I also appreciate their 12:00 check-out time.

Location is in the very central of Lima! You will have everything you need within less than 5 minutes walk. Property is clean, lobby is nice, room was OK! Breakfast selections were also good.

United StatesIt was extremely noisy. The room door had a gap on the side between the door frame and the door, that you could see the light from the corridor, makes you hear every single sound. The floor in the corridor is made of tiles, so every time when someone passes by or walks, you can hear it. The window is also so thin that you can hear the cars and people outside. Same with the neighbours, I could hear their TV, and it was not on loud volume. Everything is so thin in that room that any sound turns to noise. First I was given a horrible room, smells bad and humid, then was changed to a better one, when I complained, but it was 20hours stay, so I was happy to be out of the place as soon as possible.
The location is great. The staff who serve breakfast are very nice and friendly. The night shift reception staff ( the lady) was nice, and she changed my room to a better one.

AustraliaWe stayed in the junior suite on the ground floor which was comfortable, however, there is a sewage smell that comes from the toilet. It isn’t a huge problem but something to note.
The hotel is decorated nicely and in a good location in Miraflores. Breakfast included in the stay which was sufficient. Staff were very friendly. Overall for the price you pay it is a good value hotel.

AustraliaWe had a bit of an odd sewage-type smell in our ground floor room, however it wasn't enough of an issue for us to complain to staff as leaving the air-conditioner on solved the problem. Something to keep in mind if your sensitive to smells - maybe ask for a room on a higher floor.
Excellent location in a quiet square with minimal traffic noise. Our room looked like the photo's provided and was very comfortable. Very friendly staff, great breakfast.
