The budget room as mentioned above. There was also no ventilation in the bathrooms.

We stayed here twice - before our Inca Trail walk and after. The first day we booked a smaller budget room and the second time the bigger. If you are considering which to book yourself, we definitely recommend the bigger! The budget room was quite cramped (including the bathroom) and downstairs - so closer to the street noise. The upstairs room was fabulous - spacious, comfortable, etc. The staff were wonderful in general and had no problems storing our luggage and navigating our early starts. They provided breakfast when we didn't have time to sit and enjoy. The location was perfect - right in the centre of the historic area, close to anything you need. The laundry service was also great and efficient.

We loved it all! Some of the other properties in the area is quite noisy, but this one has double doors facing the street, which really helps with any noise. This part of the city is bustling so it is bound to be noisy, however the double doors did the trick.

The courtyard garden is stunning! It is a historical courtyard building with thick walls, wooden floors and balconies living out onto the street. We lived every minute of it! Breakfast was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are there 24hours.

Room wasn't as good as previous stay, with no wardrobe and a bad drain smell in the bathroom. Still nice tho. The house taxi was late to go to the airport.

Everything! Staff were amazing and helpful, clean cute rooms, great location and again amazing service! Stayed here a few times as we did multiple trips from Cusco and everytime we returned it was easy and comfortable and would recommend this to anyone!

My room faced the street so it was noisy some nights (Halloween), but if you request a room away from the street it will be perfect.

Really beautiful architecture and very centrally located. The room itself was spacious and always had hot water. Breakfast was very delicious as well! The staff was always super helpful as well and laundry had a quick turnaround.

A lovely characterful place to stay, loved the balconies and the central courtyard garden. Staff were super helpful and friendly and location was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

There should be a hand towel in the bathroom.

Staff is very kind and service oriented. The place is cosy. Showers are warm. Laundry service is efficient. Small kitchen where you can cook simple meals. They also provide tours and can call a taxi or a doctor if needed. No one time use soap or shampoo which is more ecological friendly than seen in other places.

Really nice place in Cusco with a garden and tables inside the facility. The room was clean and large enough. There was no warm water at some point but the staff solved the problem within a few minutes. In addition, we had to get up early for a trip and couldn t have breakfast. So the staff made us a lunch box for the trip.
