On the downside, while the breakfast provided was good, the options were somewhat limited. A broader selection would be greatly appreciated, especially for guests who are staying for an extended period.

I had a delightful stay at this accommodation! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with any needs. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from Kennedy Park, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Everything was super clean, nothing bad to say.

Everything was great about our stay. The location is just perfect and walking distance from the beach and very nice restaurants. Includes a very nice breakfast and the family is super nice, always caring for you! If coming back to Lima would stay here again 100%. They will give you very nice restaurant tips plus a map of the city with things to visit!

Having AC would be nice but not needed. The window could be opened and used with the fan. Difficult to locate the entrance from the street without a sign.

It's a family run BnB. We were very well taken care of. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lounge area is very nice and breakfasts were very homely and tasty. Our host was fantastic, my partner fell a bit ill and our host was so accommodating for everything we needed. We would definitely go back if we return to Lima.

Really nice family B&B. Hosts are lovely. Everything really high quality and it's clear they really care. Location is great, 5 minutes to the cycling / running path along the cliff top, and the whole area is quiet and safe. Best breakfast I've had in 8 months travelling. Kept my luggage while I went to Huacachina. Hot showers, fast WiFi, the list goes on. I almost never rate anywhere a 10 but this place is exceptional!

I only was there for one night, but the bed slept wonderfull and they also arranged a taxi for me to pick me up from the Airport and next morning to bring me back go the airport. Very nice! I even got a little breakfast package since I left early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

The B&B was a fantastic place to stay. My room was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. It is a short walk to the centre of Miraflores and only a couple of minutes from the Malecon where you could watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

Be carefully about the room you book. I stayed in the first floor where breakfast is served. There was too much nce stsrting from 8 am.

I didn’t realize how hot and humid it is in Lima. Thus air conditioning would have been nice. For the price, a fan was fine…

It's a very clean and lovely building in a great part of the city. I was only staying two nights, but the location allowed me to see a lot in a short period of time. Also, Duncan was very communicative and overall a really nice guy.
