There is no mini bar / fridge in the room. Can be quite loud being in an intersection, but that seems to be most of the places in Lima !

The couple of rooms I got (stayed there two separate occasions) had no direct outside/natural light, no conventional windows (i.e. no breeze from the nearby sea)

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to the coast and lots of nearby eating establishments. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

An oasis in the Miraflores district, offering a very spacious room with a large and comfortable bed, as well as large windows that allow daylight to flood in. The staff were very kind, preparing a to-go breakfast for us on the last day due to our early departure. The common areas were lovely.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the communication with the hotel was perfect throughout. The staff were very responsive and helped us plan getting to/from the airport to the accommodation at weird times, they gave us advice on activities in the area, and even offered us a packed breakfast (to go), as we needed to check out very early in the morning. They really made us feel more than welcome! The room was quite large and the beds were extremely comfy. There is a wardrobe/storage area in the room too, for suitcases, and a cute communal terrace/courtyard with fairy lights, where they serve breakfast, but can be used throughout the day to relax. Our room was also very clean and the hotel is perfectly located. We very much enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you for everything!

I stayed here for 3 nights upon moving to Lima, the room was good but a bit dark and close to the street but generally nice. The breakfast was great! Also I had so much luggage so I wouldn't have been able to stay on the second floor.

This was a cute little boutique hotel in Miraflores. Staff was very helpful, staying up late to accommodate our late check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice little courtyard and outdoor balcony for lounging. Liked how close it was to nice Miraflores restaurants and beautiful parks lining the seaside.

The room is a good size and incredibly comfortable! It boasts an exceptional location near parks, and within just 8 minutes, you can reach the center of Miraflores. The room is kept impeccably clean and spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable double bed!

There is no Brown or multigrain bread for breakfast however you can buy delicious brown whole grain buns at nearby Wong supermarket. Also would be nice if they had more healthy omelette options like tomato, onion, pimenton etc

Breakfast was all natural the fruit juices, the avocado and all, i am a concious eater so for me i would have loved a brown bread option.

Everything, the area, the rooms, cleanliness, the owner and staff were so friendly, felt like family. Love love love.

Breakfast was excellent, Gloria was the best .. we stayed in one of the rooms downstairs and it was noisy at night because the cars and in early morning too because people having coffee in the patio .

We had an awesome stay at the Lot. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy and also the bed. For Breakfast you have to choose from a list what you want for the next day. Everything was fresh prepared :-) We will definitely come back !
