Breakfast was shockingly bad. Stale items and lack of choice. Terrible coffee. We would have rated a 9 or 10 otherwise.

Nice picturesque route through the gardens to our room which was nice, private, spacious and quiet. Requests for items to the room arrived in break neck speed it was quite remarkable. They let us in early before check in without a charge.

Great location. Only 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. We had a huge sized room with a huge bed. The breakfast is adequate and they make fresh eggs on order. They even packed us breakfast boxes on our last day as we left before breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities are all more than acceptable. This was a great choice and we would stay here again.

The WiFi didn't work very well for me, I had a room on the 3rd floor, and they have one router on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th, so unfortunately I couldn't really use it.

The hotel is 5 min walking from the Plaza de Armas, the city centre, it is very nice and clean, the stuff is very kind and they helped me with anything I needed, like information, change of my staying with a late check-out.

The pillows were a bit soft and the main light was a bit harsh.

The staff were superb - helpful and friendly. The building is gorgeous in an old colonial style.

Great location, a few blocks from plaza de las armas. Staff is excellent and will go the extra mile for the guests. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a great Spanish “casarão” style, with a great terrace and nice views.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The called a taxi to take me to the airport. Both mornings I had very early departures and the packed me a delicious breakfast. i staid in the older section and it was gorgeous. Very large room, beautifully decorated and fantastic bathroom.
