No toilet paper in both of our bathrooms. Contacted the owner multiple times and it took a full day for them to finally deliver one roll of toilet paper for our 2-bathroom apartment, but to the wrong apartment...

The host it’s pretty bad, she did not send instructions for our arrival, when we arrived (5am) the reception desk didn’t know what room we where staying, neither did us, we had to contact the host and wait in the door for her to asign the rooms, afterward we were missing 2 towels (we were 4 just 2 towels on the rooms) it took 3 days for her to deliver the towels, she didn’t respond most of the messages I sent her.

The location is really good, you have restaurants, markets, money exchange and tons of stuff just walking around, the neighborhood is beautiful and it feels really safe. The apartment and the building are pretty new, the staff at the reception desk is fantastic

filthy stove range hood filter and smelt terrible in the kitchen so could use the stove because the stem made the smell worse. I stay in 3 Part,met in this balding last 2 weeks amd all had the same issue., very slippery shower floor which other reviews have commented, generally needs a good clean .

Even though we were on a high floor, the traffic noise was LOUD. People use their car horns all the time, and we heard every one.

Location was nice - walk north to Miraflores, walk south to Barranco.

The only problem was missing pillow for 4th person, rather short sofa and no blinds in salon.

We stayed for 4 nights, we had to request extra toilet paper and missing pillow. The sofa bed is very short so it is hard to sleep with your legs straight and there is no blinder in the salon (so light wakes you up early). No changes of bedsheets or towels were offered (would be nice to get them replaced after 2-3 days).

The location is perfect! Nice and comfortable to go anywhere with good places to eat and drink in neighborhood. There was not really a reception but more guards in the building, but the staff was very responsive on messages and help arranging the payment online for early check-in.

Luck of personal touch, there is no cushion in tge sofa(just plain sofa) and more amenities in the kitchen will be great( kitchen towel, paper towel fir cooking)

The location and the high floor of the apartment, the sea view was fantastic. Bed is comfortable and huge bedroom with closet. The hot water pressure very very good.

communication with the property was not easy. Hard to reach them by phone. Needed parking and was hard to get them to confirm parking space.

The check in process was extremely difficult / non existent. I had to pester two separate phone numbers until 16:00 on the day of my check in, in order to receive a response about checking in. The replies were few and far between and very rude. We had to arrive at the apartment block not knowing if it was a scam or not. I had to pay using a ‘Pago link’, without any confirmation of check in, which felt dodgy. The Wi-Fi in the apartment never worked. I asked the host twice a day every day to fix the problem, to which it was never fixed. I was asked to ‘reboot’ the wifi box. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to organise further travelling, so I would have to leave the apartment and go to a local cafe in order to have wifi. The plugs to some of the appliances were melted. For example, the kettle plug was unusable as it had been so warped. It actually sparked on me. We were never given information regarding the apartment block, we discovered the gym and rooftop pool on our last day. The gym is extremely basic. Had the customer service been a little more pleasant I would not have written such a poor review. Throughout the stay the rude responses I had been given were appalling.

The kitchen is bare bones. 2 sets of cutlery and some plates, and no sharpware to prepare food. It advertises a coffee machine but there is no coffee. Furthermore the plugs by the coffee machine and toaster would not allow anything to be plugged in. It was not stocked enough with the right equipment to allow for decent cooking.

Comfortable bed and decent shower. The room was very clean upon arrival.
