You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Tunupa Lodge hotel is very nicely located In Ollantaytambo with a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the town square, The grounds are lush and serene with a beautiful view of the Ollantaytambo ruins and the Andes Mountains. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff goes out of the way to make our stay comfortable.

Close to train, square, and ruins. The water for the jet tub was perfectly hot! The grounds were impeccable; the Alpacas so cute. The decor for the room was eye catching yet functional.

United Statesthey have balconies but not chairs to sit and enjoy the views, it also seemed like they cater to the groups that stay as I woke up early to get some hot water and all the tables were set and lots of food was out but by the time my husband woke up an hour later at 9am, we got down and had to ask for settings and for more eggs to be made. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing the employees to have to ask for breakfast items that should have still been out.
it is really close to the train station but a hike up the hill to get to town. The resident llamas are AWESOME!! We got a two double bed room and it was a nice size. the view from our room overlooking the ruins was incredible

United KingdomThe hotel was in a very convenient location for visiting the ruins or catching an early morning train for Machu Picchu. There is water for sale in the lobby at a fair price and the staff packed a breakfast for us since we would be leaving before the start. After we checked out, they stored the luggage for us all day.
