The hotel has a very good location in Cusco and it has a lot of character. It is an old building but it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The personal is very helpful and breakfast is decent.

We loved the historic setting of this charming hotel. The light filled seating area on the wooden balcony and inviting courtyard were peaceful and welcoming. Big thanks to the friendly staff and especially Juan who helped organize our taxi to Pisac.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and have a Peruvian feel to them. The breakfast is simple, but so delightful. There is always tea available. The hotel layout feels like the movie Encanto. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Each person from the reception to to the breaksfast staff were caring and thoughtful. They even called me one morning I slept in to make sure I wanted breakfast. They helped to arrange my taxis and the laundry service is very very affordable. It did it three times in a week. Best place!

Both twin beds in our room were very loud and squeaky. Every time one of us rolled over we would wake everyone else up.

Unaytambo is a beautiful hotel and has the friendliest staff. They have delicious breakfasts and are close to the main square. They are just far enough away from the square to be in a quiet area too.

Had a problem with the laundry service not properly rinsing and drying clothes. They complained to the service & the fee was dropped.

The hotel is located in the center of Cusco, all the main museums and places of interest are close to the hotel. It is a historical building with a cosy inner yard. The room was not big, but comfortable and you can feel the atmosphere of old house. The stuff was very very helpful and generous, they do everything for you to feel like at home there.

The bathroom is small (which is comprehensive due to the adaptation in the colonial building), to us it wasn't a problem.

This hotel is special, very well located for anyone that wants to know Cusco historical center. It is in a colonial construction right in front of the Qoricancha (Sun temple), it has an original inca door as main entrance. The staff was very helpful and atencious all the time. The patio, the room and the history of Cusco in every corner of the hotel are so charming and made us feel involved in the culture. The breakfast is really good as well and we loved that we were offered coca tea as we arrived.
