Overall it was good, but just a few small things: The property claims to have a bar but in reality it is not really operated, it was very painful trying to get a drink there at around 9:30pm and the bar was then closed at 10 before we’d even got the drinks we asked for. It’s nice that that property has a hot tub, but at $10 per person it seems a bit steep compared to pricing in the area and hardly worked - we spent most of our hour waiting for it to warm up. Washing is also steep at 15 Sol per KG compared to a place round the corner which was 3 sols

I love they were able to arrange an airport pick up. As you arrive staff are very profesional and make you feel like royalty. First thing they will offer you is tea.

A great cosy hotel with a real Llama in it, did feel sorry for it being tied up all day every day… breakfast was good. Bedroom had a very big bed, but as we were below ground floor there was a dampy smell… otherwise all good. Friendly staff.

The only thing is there is live music until 8:30 which you can hear from some of the rooms. When you are sick from the altitude, you just want sleep.

Although the walls are thin, this hotel has been amazing. The customer service is amazing. The free breakfast was very filling!

Not fond of the high tub to get in the shower.

We were given tea prior to checkin which was a nice way to be greeted. Staff carried our bags to our room. Room was spacious with a big closet. The bed was comfortable. I was a bit apprehensive about the heater which looked like a plastic picture on the wall, but it actually kept the room warm. Breakfast was really good. They served a lot of specialty jams which were delicious. They have music, but it stops at a reasonable hour so it didn’t keep me up. Location of the hotel is fantastic, with in walking distance to the market and square.

They have live music from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and when you’re tired from hiking and just want to sleep, it’s hard to do so when there’s terrible music playing for 2 hours. They also don’t open the restaurant at 6 am on the dot so when you have to leave early to catch a tour, better to eat on the way than wait for the breakfast buffet to open.

It’s close to the main square (about 10mins by walking), market, train station and other attractions.

It would have been nice to have an option of an early checkin for less than the cost of what we paid for the room. We arrived early after an overnight flight and probably would have paid half the room rate just to be able to shower and take a nap.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and included nice toiletries. Although in town, it was quiet. Staff held our bags both before and after checkout so we could do some site seeing. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to the mercado, plaza de armas, and other sites in town was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

A bit isolated from main flow of Cusco

Great location from train station San Pedro. Room was huge compared to others i stayed at. Good customer service. Had heat in both sleeping area and bathroom which was a pleasure in the winter.

Music was good but a little loud in the small patio area...

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but perfect as we were hardly there and just wanted a good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was actually quite good and available before our excursions. Big shout out to the manager who helped me when I had credit card issues associated with a Booking.com scam! Thanks for helping me!!!

Its a little far from the center but still a good localization

It was lovely. They had live music everyday, the singer was kind. Staffs were great and breakfast was simple but delicious. Shower and bed was good and the room was always warm.

This is a very nice hotel, with excellent staff which provided an amazing customer service. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very cute and nicely decorated, and they have a colonial design inspired by the locality. Breakfast is fantastic, and the included airport pick-up is a great service. Strongly recommend this hotel
