The shower in our bedroom was catastrophic (no pressure and the water temperature was either icy-cold or scalding hot. Apparently there was a drought problem during our stay that could the reason of this shower problem. The shower wasn’t really clean and there was not soap, shower gel or shampoo in the room. These minor inconveniences were no obstacle to our superb stay.

The reactivity of the staff, the location (8min walks from the oasis), the swimming pool, the decoration of the hotel and the food and drinks (cocktails and juices) were really good. Two cats lives around and they’re really friendly

The shower worked but wasn't great. There wasn't overhead lighting in our (private) room and one of our two bedside lamps wasn't working - or the outlet on that side wasn't working. They provide a big fan but there's no AC, fyi. All in all we got more or less what we'd expected for the price we paid.

A very pretty hostel with super friendly and helpful staff who were happy to offer recommendations for where to eat/ how to get around. Excellent free breakfast and good food to order on their kitchen menu when you want an easy meal. Nice pool and communal lounging areas. Less than 10 min ride from the Huacachina oasis. Perfect distance if you'd prefer to stay outside of the heart of the tourist/ party hostel vibe. They helped us arrange a sand dune tour that picked us up and dropped us off at the hostel gate.

The water pressure in the shower was weak

The room was comfortable and the pool area was great with loads of seating areas surrounding. Breakfast was eggs, bread and juice which was nice. We got food here multiple times which was reasonably priced and good. The Hostel is a little outside Huacachina but I wouldn't let that put you off as it's only about a 15 minute walk alongside the road. It's easy to get tuk tuks if preferred. We loved that we could go out in Huacachina and then come back to our chilled hostel later in the evenings. We were welcome to use the facilities after check out including showers and my partner was ill and the staff really looked after them even providing free herbal tea.

There’s a 15-20 minute walk or a taxi for 8 soles to get to Huacachina (the hostel can call for you); the room was listed as air conditioned but only has a fan (you may need to cool off the room at night by opening doors/windows)

The hostel has very nice and colorful design; there is also an on-site bar and restaurant which had surprisingly good buffalo wings!; also the hostel is quieter

Hostel is a tiny bit outside Hauachina but you can easily walk or get a tuk tuk.

Great base to stay in while visiting Hauachina. The rooms were roomy, comfortable and very clean. The staff were lovely and let me stay after check out and use the pool area.

The toilet in our bedroom did not function properly, but that really presented no problem for us, as there were plenty of shared and really clean toilets that we could use.

The place itself is very cozy and charming, away from the buzz and parties of Huacachina. Perfect for those who want to be near Huacachina, but would like to have a good night sleep. There is also a good bar inside with an option to order food and the food is of high quality. The staff is very friendly. They allowed us to stay in the shared facilities even after our check out and have stored our luggage for us. All in all the experience brought a big smile on our faces.

So much effort has been put in by the staff to create a relaxing and fun place to stay close to Huacachina (less than a 5 min drive to it and Ica). The food was great, breakfast was made personally when you got up and the variety and quality of food available throughout the day was so good. Highly recommend.

Hostel is located outside of Huacachina town but it is only about a 15 mins walk or a 2 minute tuk-tuk which costs 4 soles each way. It would be ideal to have some sun loungers on the grass beside the pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The staff are super friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere about the place, with a refreshing swimming pool, nice chill out areas in the garden, and a funky bar. The food is decent. We had simple breakfast included which was coffee, juice, and eggs. Our room was nice (no AC but they provided a fan which helped with the heat).

In over 20 years of backpacking, this is by far in my top 3 of places I’ve stayed. Super friendly and amazing staff. It has a great atmosphere with a bar and a nice swimming pool yet respectful of people’s need for sleep. Everything is done with care and with a smile. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

They have a nice pool and offer good food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can book a sand buggy tour through them, although we found it nicer to just walk from the hostel to one of the sand dunes to watch the sunset.

The breakfast choices could be improved - just bread and eggs and if you don’t like eggs it’s not very filling.

The staff were really helpful! They recommended a restaurant on our first night which was so good. They also arrange all our tours for us and we thought they were great! We did the pisco sour tour and the sandboarding. The pool was great, the rooms were lovely, better than many hotel rooms we’ve stayed. The staff seemed like they couldn’t do enough even with a language barrier in some cases! We didn’t have any problems with noise at all either and we were in a room opposite the bar. Thank you!
