As an English traveller with basic Spanish the communication with staff was sometimes difficult. I tried my best with my Spanish but it was often frustrating

Entire bathroom floor fills with water when you use the shower , our socks got wet all the time .

I liked everything abut Vinas Queirolo. I would like to have more shopping around the area and perhaps more tour options.

The facility is amazing, and beautiful beyond expectation. The food and service are 5 stars all around, bringing mosquito repellent would be my only suggestion.

Nothing, the staff does not speak very well english

Very big and comfortable room an a balcony with a vineyard view. Wine and tasting tour included. The Intilpalka restaurant was awesome the food, the local wines and all that we taste was very delicious. The staff was very kind, helpful and in case you needed the hotel has a nurse that was so convenient to us in this trip.

the check in process very tedious. there were guests in the restaurant that got much better service than what we got. the pool at the back could be warmed up as well.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast which was verry small and not very tasty. A buffet with different things to choose from for this kind of money would be suitable.

It doesn't have to do with the place itself, but getting there was a bit complicated, routes are not in the best condition.

The facilities are great, the staff is super kind and helpful, and they offer different activities throughout the day. We really enjoyed the vineyard tour and riding bicycles around the facilities. At night, we loved sitting by the fire and having some wine! The pool was great too, they have a separate pool for adults only, where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The room is excellent, extra comfy bed, with a nice small terrace. Looking forward to going back!

he really isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, the wineries in Spanish for anybody who wants to take the tour just be aware it’s not an English. If the weather were bad it would be an unpleasant stay because everything is so far apart. I didn’t know until the last day that I had a common area for people on my side of the Vineyard. I was always walking to the other side to socialize. I wish I would’ve known that I wish they would’ve given me a full tour of the facility when I arrived.

I like that they had multiple pools, the grounds were beautiful, they paid attention to every detail, they had the car tour which was entertaining. The food was amazing. The wine was OK, but I do like that they hold it for you at the bar for the duration of your stay. So you can buy a bottle and not have to worry about drinking at all. All of the people there were delightful, guests and staff. I need to get away from the world and just relax and this is a beautiful escape. I went by myself and I was very pleased to just relax on the grounds, relax in my room, sit in the pool, enjoy the meals. Breakfast was amazing as well but you have to let them know how many eggs you want or else they just bring you one.

pool needs safety handles for entering. Need to have close activities for rooms that are very far. Barbeques or picnics; etc. Staff is nice but when I tried charging room for my 3 days stays the office receptionist a male said I needed to pay 500 dollars more. I did my booking.com for room with pool view, I was not aware it be the farthest room away number 32.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad surprise at the moment of the check in. They charged me 40€ extra in comparison to what was reported as total on booking as “service charge”. So be careful and ask confirmation of the real total price to the structure before booking. The quality and variety of the restaurant could be improved.

The place is amazing. The structure is very clean and the staff is friendly. I had the best Pisco sour.

Sad you are obliged to pay upfront, can't charge anything to the room and need to constantly carry your wallet. No one, even reception doesn't comprehend english. Location isolated. Overall lacking to european standards & very overpriced. Rooms and vieuw are nice. The grounds are well preserved.
