I wish the bottle of water in the bathroom had been restocked every day.

It's a fairly long walk to the more active part of town, but a micro passes by every minute or 2 and they only costs 1 sol. It's only a 5 minute micro ride to kennedy park and the micro is kinda fun. Also, at first I thought the restaurant service was slow but then I realized there is a button at each table that you have to press for service. Service was fantastic once I figured that out.

The staff made sure to take care of everything i could ever need. They even had a bike for me to use for free and a metro card. Everything was clean and well managed. Safe neighborhood.

We really liked this place. Everything was good. Great breakfast on the sun roof. Comfy rooms. Very nice staff. Secured parking. The only thing to know is that the hotel is about 30 min walk from center of Miraflores. We did enjoy the walk and felt very safe.

The location was farther out then I realized. It's not necessarily in walkable distance to the main attractions. However, it's an affordable cab drive to the main locations.

The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a comfortable bed.

Our room was street side so it was quite noisy at night with traffic. Note that if you are on the 9th floor you will likely hear the sound of people and furniture being moved in the resto bar on the 10th floor.

Well managed hotel. The front desk is capable and Josue in particular is delightful and kind. Breakfast was good and prepared with care. The resto-bar staff is very sweet as are the housekeepers. Used the gym … adequate but I would suggest getting rid of most of the cardio equipment and providing a weights bench instead. But who really works out when on vacation? the hotel is a good 30 minute walk from the center of Miraflores, but we felt safe and cared for.

Hotel Villa Santa is conveniently located within a ten minute drive to all major attractions. The hotel is clean, safe , and comfortable. I was impressed by the charm and all the amenities (hotel restaurant and bar, continental breakfast included) for the low price per night for a room. I want to acknowledge the hotel staff (Cintia, Juan Jose, Alex, and especially Jamie who went above and beyond to deliver five star service).

Having an electric kettle in the room would have made things a little easier, whilst the staff were happy to fill my thermos' I would have preferred if I could have done it myself.

The staff were very attentive and helpful! The food was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet, as it was away from the road. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

They allowed smokers at entry to facility and on upper balcony just outside restaurant tables.

Close proximity to school in Miraflores. Clean and modern inside w elevator to upper floors. Upper balcony restaurant.
