I have really enjoyed my stay, I wish I could stay longer than one night! Owners are really friendly and honest people. The beds were really comfy and the room warm and very clean. Although the price might seem slightly higher than Aguas Calientes average, I felt it was worth and I would recommend this place without hesitation!

My room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had great water pressure with hot water. I especially loved the bouquet of fresh roses. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty; the quinoa pancakes were delicious. Highly recommended A+++

The manager Juan is really attentive. The quinoa pancakes for breakfast are amazing! I loved the shower head, it was huge, hot and relaxing. They had Netflix which comforted us after our huge hike to Machu Picchu.

Nothing, everything exceeded expectations. The staff puts extra care into every part of the stay and are extremely accommodating to answer all questions and make sure you have everything you need.

The family who run this hotel made us feel right at home. The hotel is simple but has everything you need after trekking for days, the beds were comfortable and the hot shower was so good. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. The breakfast was really great, made with so much care! And those quinoa pancakes lived up to their reputation! They got up early to make us breakfast at 5am before our trip.

“Hot” water was tepid.

The whole place was extremely clean, and the woman at reception was exceptionally helpful with arranging a good guide for Machu Picchu. She also packed us a breakfast to take with us since we had to take the first bus to the ruins. The smart TV let my husband watch US football.

We had some issues with hot water in the shower, however they were fixed within half an hour. It would have been great if the room had a hairdryer.

The location was amazing and a perfect startingpoint for a visit to Machu Picchu. The hosts are very friendly, they are happy to help with any recommendations and the breakfast is great.

Everything about this property was perfect! From the hot and strong shower, heater in the room, quite location, basic but delicious breakfast. Inside the hotel you can hear noices from other rooms, but it is general problem in Peru with almost all buildings..

Heating and 24h hot water are the main reasons to choose this hotel. Heating was working between 6pm and 6am. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast might not br so big for some people but it was fresh and tasty (especially quinoa pancakes) and for me more than enough. Family owners are very helpful with everything, they waited for me at the train station and helped me with luggage, also they provided hair dryer. Location is few steps from bus station and at the street with many restaurants and shops, but still hidden enough to be quiet from street noice.

The street is a bit dark and narrow, but in a very safe area.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. A family business, with very nice hosts, who prepared us breakfast before going to Machu Picchu. The hosts also kept our luggage until we came back.

Juan and his family are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and very clean. The propriety is located a few minutes from the train station and out of the main street, which is an advantage because it’s quiet, but still close to everything. Breakfast was nice, especially the quinoa pancakes :) Wi-Fi was super fast and we also had Netflix. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
