It's out of the control of the hotel, but our room was quite close to a Karaoke bar. We were so tired that we managed to sleep through the dirge of drunken holidaymakers barking renditions of "Zombie" and "Islands in The Stream".

Staff were very helpful, even came to meet us off the train and collect our bags so that we could head straight to the bus to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was made available from very early in the morning allowing us to head out early. The room was nicely decorated in Peruvian style with fresh orange juice on our arrival. Good value for money.

This hotel is very cute and they got everything. The hot water is hot and strong enough to wash down your tiredness. The staff is very helpful and I’m happy I chose this hotel for my trip to Machu Picchu!

The staff was AMAZING!! they accommodated all our requests and even personally took us to a local restaurant because we were looking for something specific. They gave us a breakfast box at 4am without any problems and allowed us to leave the luggages there while visiting Machu Picchu. The room itself was clean, comfortable and very cozy. The location was perfect: just a few mins from the buses to Machu Picchu and from the train station, yet in a quiet street. Couldn't recommend it more!

The hotel is located inside a tiny street, so view from the room was not splendid, but the view from the room was not our primary reason.

It is a small hotel a bit inside and out of the main street, what is a big bonus, because you can relax and don't be disturbed by a noizy environment. Trains neither are not audible. The hosts are great. They made our stay there very comfy and nice and even gave us a huge tart because of my birthday. For free! Beds were comfy and big. Breakfast was ok to start day and climb Machu Picchu. We kept our baggage there until we were back. I haven't sense any moisture or mold in the room.

It was damp while we stayed there and it made my dry, clean clothes damp while we stayed there. I'm not sure if it was the time of year during our visit or if it is always that way.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located but away from all the noise. Hosts are very friendly and attentive to our needs. They got up very early in the morning just to prepare breakfast for us before our tour to Machu Picchu. Hot shower and good pressure.

The hotel was absolutely great. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The owner and his family were incredibly nice. The shower was one of the best we've had in all of south america - hot, hot water and fantastic water pressure. The location is great - right by great restaurants and close to everything in the city (as its small). They even pack you a to-go lunch if you have an early morning ticket to Machu Pichu.

The location was great! Our room had a great view of the mountains and the beds and shower were amazing. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly, made an amazing breakfast, and even let us rest in the restaurant until our train arrived later. He helped us with anything we needed, and made us feel at home.

Clean, efficient and comfortable place to stay for a night before Machu picchu. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious especially the quinoa pancakes. It is also far enough from train station so it was pretty quiet at night except for the roosters.
