Street was a bit noisy at night (but not all windows go to this street. Also, some room have windows which open to the hallway I believe)

A bit noisy from the street (food stalls) and also inside the building.

Walking distance to bus for Machu Picchu and train station, but also for baños thermales. Good hot shower Towels, shampoo and soap available Big room Big window and balcony to the pedestrian zone and the football yard.

The location on google map and booking was incorrect!! There is no window in my bathroom, so mosquitoes always fly inside the bathroom

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, super clean, hot shower and simple but ample breakfast.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone, surrounded by restaurants, snacks and small stores. There are single rooms with very comfortable beds. It was perfect to rest before and after the hike to the macchu picchu site!

There was a smell of sewage from the toilet. It was a little tough to communicate as I don't speak any spanish.

It was overall a small nice place, close to the train station and from where you get the bus to machu pichu. The food was good. I didn't get the breakfast. But I should have.

the location was very convenient, but it was hard to find using our maps app-it led us to a random alley nearby.

the location was very convenient-it was a 5min walk to the bus station and there were tons of restaurants nearby. it was also across the street from a popular big soccer field which made you feel like you were in the heart of aguas calientes

The Wifi didn't work. They tried in vain to fix it. (Maybe it was a central problem.) There was an unexpected threshold in the hallway and the lighting was not perfect. The bathroom a little small.

Close to the center of the town, even closer to the bus and railway station. The staff was helpful, the breakfast very good, the room clean.

Internet didn’t really work at all, the shower only got hot 50% of the time, the reception staff were quite uninterested. The breakfast (at additional cost) was poor, there was very little choice and everything was almost gone (despite being there very early), when I asked for milk I was provided a drop for my coffee, but when I asked for cold milk for the cereal they said no.

Good location, very comfy bed and bright spacious room. Was generally clean and fresh towels each day were provided.

- doors left open so there were flies all over the room - lamp broke (wasn’t screwed on) - no soap ?! - terrible Wi-Fi :(

We booked a double room with a double bed via booking.com. When we arrived, nobody was at the reception. We called her several times, she came after 20 minutes. We were under time pressure because we had our slot for Machu Picchu booked, so this was really annoying. Then we got the key and entered the room. It was not the room which we booked, it had 2 single beds and no window. We asked for another room and she said this was our category and everything else was booked. There was also a bad smell in the room, the Wi-Fi was not wirken and the toilet flush did not work as well… and there was even POO of anyone else in the toilet!!! WTF! Never experienced something like that. Because we were under time pressure we had no time to change hotel, so we decided to change it in the evening. But the next problem appeared right away: we could not lock our door. I called the host again and she took the keys and promised to fix the door and the toilet - she also told me that I was not allowed to throw paper in the toilet - WTF - this was not me, it was the persons that stayed there before. Well, after the Machu Picchu we came back in the evening and at least got our money back without complaints. So in the end it was okay and we decided to go to „LUZ Garden“, which was amazing compared to Tambo.

The lady from the reception was so kind to come to me to the village to bring me to the hostel that i couldn't find 🤩We had a very nice clean room with a private bathroom and tv, also wi fi was working fluently and all the staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The only sadness there we had with the fact that we couldn't enjoy our accommodation too long as we came to Aguas Calientes late afternoon and we had to get up at 6 AM to visit Machu Picchu so we didn't have time enough to stay there longer 🙂
