The restaurant food quality was all right at best. They charged extra for bacon at breakfast which was weird. My partner is a vegetarian and the selection on the menu is not great if you're a vegetarian.

The location of this place is really great, very quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the deluxe rooms all feature a private terrace and spacious room with AC units. A great place to relax and disconnect.

This is an excellent option if you want a place to disconnect and relax. The food is great, the staff is very kind, and you are on the ocean. It is quiet; you can reconnect with nature, read, exercise, meditate, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. I must mention that I have a gluten intolerance, and Marimar, the owner, and manager, went out of her way to provide me with suitable options for breakfast. She made pancakes and marvelous gluten-free bread to complement existing options. She was extremely kind, and we are so thankful to her!

Some of the interiors are dated, or need repairs. The lights are too dim, the shower is too weak, the hairdryer is not powerful to dry the hair quickly. One concern is the the different levels of the bedroom and bathroom (which is lower), and and the living room (which is a level lower), it's easy to fall down in the dark if one forgets about the different levels. I fell twice.

The location is divine. It's beautiful and tranquail. The property has only 8 cottages, room is on beachfront, big and clean. One can hear the howling raging waves at night. Food was okay, the ceviche was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly David.. The manager was also very helpful when I needed to change my room due to a leaking in the toilet bowl. This is a beautiful place to watch seagulls, pelicans, sea turtles, even sea lions, and vouchers. I listened to Jonathan Livingston Seagull soundtrack while watching sunset, it's poetic, and emotional.

I loved everything to be honest. I have ZERO complaints.

I loved how private and quiet it was. Everyone working there was a delight. Very helpful, very friendly.The food was amazing, they had a chef there every day/night for lunch and dinner. I'm for sure coming back this place. And I am recommending it to all my friends here in the US.

The Wifi at the end of the property where our room was located was not very strong but it was ok for the period we stayed! Unfortunately, the property along with the Mancora district are very far away from the two close by airports which is not related much with the hotel which was super nice!

The environment was relaxing, exactly what we needed! The rooms were very spacious! The whole facility was very nice! The breakfast was amazing!

It took awhile for lunch and dinner and there's not really much other food options nearby. Definitely recommend ordering food an hour before you're hungry.

Great location next to the beach. They took covid seriously in that they thoroughly cleaned everything, including the pool, daily. Staff was nice.

Rooms need more maintenance. First room, AC wasn’t working and fridge wasn’t working. we arrive at 10 at night and there was nothing to eat. The lady in charge try to accommodate us giving us sandwiches with ham and cheese, but very expensive for a ham and cheese sandwich. second night they changed us to another room, this one had the safe broken. swimming pool needed a good maintenance as well, water was pretty greasy.

Pretty close to the beach and beautiful rooms.
