We liked everything about this property. It’s rare that you find a rental property without any flaws or downsides. This property is the exception and almost without peer. After five glorious, memorable days on Mo’orea and four unforgettable days on Bora Bora, we wondered if there was any way our trip could get better. We found out that it could once we met host Vehia and first laid eyes upon his stunning property. Vehia thought of everything and spared no expense when it came to this property. Every little touch is spot on, and comfort and enjoyment await you at every turn. The bed is super comfortable, the dual-head shower a delight, the kitchen well-stocked, the WiFi very reliable and easy to access, and the seating plentiful. Then there’s the breathtaking view from the fifth floor, with the sun setting just behind Mo’orea to your left. The corner property affords one the ability to open sliding-glass doors on both sides of the property, exposing a spacious deck and a magnificent view of Papeete, Mo’orea and the South Pacific Ocean. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Papeete, your search should begin and end here. Vehia is personable, accommodating and professional, and his property is a jaw-dropper that will wish your stay was longer than you booked. Enjoy.

The add said two beds in one of the rooms, but it was a king. We have adult children, so we booked 4 adults, but they weren’t interested in sharing a bed.

There is a steep road leading up to the apartment.This means you really need a car. There is a rental car company at the foot of the hill though. However the views compensate for this. Note: be aware, credit cards are not accepted for payment of the apartment.

Vehia was extremely accommodating and responsive on our requests and questions. He was even checking on us at 4:11am to make sure we got on the reserved taxi to the airport. Kaili Ocean View apartment (Résidence Teramatai) is the best place to stay for your Tahiti trip. Just minutes away from the airport, Papeete center and a ferry port. A quick ride to Carrefour Faaa (3 min). A dedicated parking spot for your rental car, washer and dryer in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen in case someone wanted to do their own cooking. A corner unit with an amazing terrace and some most spectacular views of Papeete and Moorea. Would return and recommend without a doubt. Vehiarii was an exceptional host - always available via WhatsApp. Mauruuru roa, Vehiarii!

We visited Tahiti for a few days prior to a cruise and rented a car to help us explore. The size and location of this apartment was perfect for our needs. The owner was a delight to work with. He graciously met us at the airport for our late night flight and got us settled in the spacious and beautifully appointed 5th floor apartment - with the bonus of an incredible view from its large and comfortable outdoor living space. The photos for the listing were accurate but it was even nicer in real life. Being able to park the rental car in a covered and secure garage was a huge bonus. We didn't use the pool that was available on the property because we were always on the go, plus the ocean was so close! Breakfast was not included but the kitchen was well stocked and included a number of small appliances, a Nespresso machine with pods, bottled water and an assortment of beverages in the refrigerator, as well as an island welcome gift! Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was easy and he always responded immediately, even coming over within minutes to help out when I couldn't understand the instructions for the washing machine. He also helped us with info for where to eat, what to see, where to find markets and ATMs. I can't say enough how kind and helpful he was. We would definitely stay here if we ever returned to Tahiti and recommend doing so over any of the hotels, especially if you'd like to explore the island via a rental car.

Exceptionally clean, outstanding host, beautiful views of the harbor and downtown. Nicely stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine (big plus for our family). This unit is what you expect from an air b & b. Would easily rent again. Safe and secure location, designated underground parking that is secure.

This place is amazing, and I don’t know where to start from. Such a clean place, not even one dirt in the house, no mosquitoes, got an AC in the house which much needed because the weather is humid in Tahiti, the view and the balcony is WOW, plus everything is close to this place, from markets, downtown, and even the ferry, and from the balcony you can see the island Moorea. I arrived to the house around 5pm cuz I just got back from bora bora, we were super tired and this place is the place to relax. I had a flight at 7pm and the checkout was at 12, so I told the owner of the house ( super nice guy) if we can stay longer cuz I was with my wife and a 7 month old baby, and he said you can stay till the time of our flight, and it was a rainy day, and where I’m gona take my 7 month old baby in the rain outside the house, so he let me stay and me and my wife was so grateful for that. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW AND YOU WONT REGRET, I PROMISE.

We made our own breakfast, kitchen was so nice and clean and the owner went out of his way to make sure we had , water ,juice , coffee ,tea plus 2 cans of beer for the boys . We were very pleased with the service provided by the owner. He helped as we get into the property and picked us from airport, dropped us to town and picked us again. Can't thank him enough. Best service ever, we are giving five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

The apartment was new, very clean, spacious and very well decorated. The house was stylish with lovely furniture and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Owner was very welcoming and friendly; greeted us upon arrival and also left us complimentary drinks to enjoy in the fridge and coffee, much appreciated! The view is amazing! Highly recommended!
