Just the entrance to the property. Everything else is wonderful.

This “grand suite” is absolutely beautiful. Everything is decorated so tastefully and it is quiet, close to the airport and the air conditioning works wonderfully. We used both the gorgeous pool and patio and loved every minute of it. The host was great with communication and even had the sofa bed ready in advance for our children. Don’t let the exterior or entrance detour you from staying here. It is a little strange to enter through the parking garage and go through dark hallways, however it is well worth it when you get inside. Also, Hertz car rental is a 5 minute walk down the hill. We rented a car and plan to return it at the airport. The whole process was super easy. The ferry is only a 5 minute drive and the municipal market is also 5 min by car. When we arrived at airport late last night and the taxi driver knew exactly where to go when I showed her the address. It was about a 10 min can ride and cost $25.00US dollars.

A fresh, spacious and immaculately clean apartment. Beautifully decorated with a big balcony and comfy sofa. Orava was so kind and went out of his way to help us during our stay. Our favourite place we’ve stayed in French Polynesia!

Not being able to know where the light switches were in the lobby and car park so was in the dark or using torch light. Didn't feel safe. When I booked the accomm the maps showed that it was closer to the city centre but ended up being somewhere else and up a wee hill. Which was not so bad to walk down and about half hour walk to town but definitely take a taxi back up especially if you are shopping or groceries to carry.

Place was clean and comfortable to live in during our stay. Had appliances like toaster and coffee machine and was able to wash some clothes. Don't be fooled by what the outside of the buildings looked like, inside was really nice (except the hall ways). Communication how to get to the apartment was clear and easy to follow. Went down to the pools and just relaxed as well.

We have booked for 2 adults and 2 children. While the couch opens up into a bed, glad our kids were small (6 & 8) and exhausted as it would have been tight but older children.

Kids loved the pool with the best views of the harbour and sunset! We loved the location with easy access to shops (newest complex Pacific Plaza), petrol station, town and the airport. The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer and covered parking. The large verandah was very enjoyable and so was the couch with Netflix! A very spacious one-bedroom apartment.

very chic condo with all brand new and high end surfaces, furniture, and appliances. Loved sitting on the balcony and the short walk was worth it to get to the gorgeous infinity pool and patio. Good AC and Wifi.

Horrific getting there - have to go through dark ugly hallways where lights have to be pressed every 10 seconds or they go completely out and you are IN THE DARK - paper thin walls and run down complex. Hard to get in and out

Getting from parking spot to the unit is a bit of a dark maze. Owner provided good instructions.
