Wow! Staff are fantastic...they really help make this stay phoeneminal. Room was great, activities great. Btw if you are careful and know what to look for you can see members of the seahorse family off the dock to the left.

Friendly and helpful staff - thanks to Rumia for a ensuring a great stay for our family. Beautiful location - an amazing lagoon quickly accessible with the kayaks that were always available, and gorgeous mountain views from the pier or from out on the water. Very comfortable accommodation.

Beautiful property very well maintained. Loved the use of the kayaks, bikes , and terrific sunsets on the docks. Linareva is a very special place we really enjoyed!

This place is quintessential Tahiti! Absolutely beautiful setting on an incredible bay with jungled peaks setting the backdrop. The adorable cottages are designed to perfection with lovely colors and local flare. It is run by the sweetest and most helpful family who take pride in their wonderful resort. We also enjoyed the free use of the kayaks and bikes. Our stay was too short but wonderful!

We loved Linareva Beach Resort from the moment we arrived to such a friendly welcome from Rumia. Our room was spacious and comfortable and it was an added bonus to be able to swim and snorkel just at the end of a pier on the property. The resort has all sorts of extras for you to make your stay enjoyable - snorkelling equipment, kayaks, even bicycles. The breakfast served to our room was simple and delicious. Linareva is peaceful and calm, on the quieter side of the island. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we visit Moorea.

Linareva is a great little private location right on the water with a pier and lagoon-David and Rumia are wonderful hosts and made every effort to hook us up with anything we wanted or needed-especially contacting local surf guide Petero, who took us out for a surf and snorkeling trip…🤙🏽They also have free bicycles, kayaks and snorkeling gear available. WIFI worked well too

The hosts are an amazing couple and the sweetest. We loved our stay at the beautiful bungalows. They were so helpful in finding us an automatic car when it seemed they were all booked elsewhere. We loved walking the dock and snorkeling with all the fish there. Stay here you won't regret it!!!

We had a bungalow overlooking the garden and could also see the sea. The bungalow was perfectly equipped, clean and cozy. You can sit outside on the terrace and there was also a hammock. The owner family is amazing! David and his family were so friendly, sympathetically, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. They provide good tips and make restaurant/dive school/excursion reservations for you. The property is also super well maintained and beautiful. They have a great garden and a pier from where you can watch the sunset. Supermarkets are a short drive away and there is a fridge in the accommodation with a selection of drinks at very fair prices. Kayaks and bicycles can be rented for free. We had a wonderful stay at Linareva Beach Resort. We highly recommend the accommodation and would come back anytime. We felt like we were at home. :-)

It is a bit far from "towns" and attractions. There is a larger town with restaurants, pharmacy, gas station about 7 miles away. It's flat and can ridden on the bikes if you pace yourself. Rent a car or moped. The owners can arrange rental.

We had an ocean facing bungalow. This was a free upgrade! We believe experience would have been equal in any room. Great place to get away from a hurried life. Everything is there to enjoy. Good snorkeling at the pier and excellent snorkeling with a short kayak ride to the reef. Coral is in good shape on the reef. We saw sing rays and sharks from the pier. Saw turtles while kayaking. Bikes can take you to the grocery store 1 mile away. In room cook top and fridge make it possible to prep meals. All included in the accomodations. There is privacy on the patios but a large common area for socializing with other travelers. Social distancing isn't an issue , there is plenty of space. Owners are kind and generous. Pharmacy 7 miles up the road does pre departure COVID test.

I honestly can't think of anything I'd change. We loved the casual, relaxed family atmosphere of LInareva!

Our five night stay at Linareva was absolutely wonderful in every way. David and Vanessa, the owners, were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The property includes free parking in front (definitely get a rental car), a lovely lawn with gorgeous plants, flowers, an avocado tree, a starfruit tree, and a small private beach. The long dock has a staircase into the water for easy access to snorkeling. There are lots of colorful fish that live near the dock. Our "cottage" had a comfortable bed, a small table and chairs, and a functional kitchen--a range top, microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator, and sink as well as dishes and cutlery for two and a few pans for cooking. Having access to a kitchen can save you a LOT of money on Moorea as dining out is expensive. It is so quiet and beautiful there. Another bonus is the "toy shed" which contains several bicycles (there's a designated bike lane on the only road), floatation devices, snorkel gear, shopping bags for your grocery trips (no bags given out in stores there) and insulated cooler bags. Kayaks and oars are also available for free. We honestly did not want to leave and cannot wait to return next year! This side of the island is very quiet but there are two grocery stores and a good pizza place within a kilometer. They also feature a refrigerator full of juices, sodas, water, wine, and more that is done on the honor system. You take what you want and write your name and "purchases" in a logbook, then pay when you checkout.
