The room is pretty old and it was a bit dirty with sand on Sofa. It doesn’t come with breakfast. The price is a bit too high for what it is. I know the room is big with living but if you come with big family it’s fine and if it’s cleaner I would not complain.

The location is super nice by the beach with a great view of Moorea island. The room is super big with kitchenette. They give us Macaron as a birthday gift- thank you very much.

The rooms, especially the bedroom were dark. The furnishings were stained and the room really needed to be refurbished. The kitchen did not have all the required utilities (proper knives, dishwashing liquid etc)

The only downfall was having only one bathroom. But this would not deter me from staying here again. The food and drinks were also pretty pricey.

We are budget travelers. We rented the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. And it was exactly as presented on the website. The kitchen had a 2 burner stovetop, microwave, a full size refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a kuerig-style coffee maker with 2 pods of coffee. The living area had a sofa and a chair. One bedroom had a king bed and the other room had two twin beds. There is only one bathroom which had a bathtub, shower and double sink vanity. The toilet was a separate room and near the kitchen. We were able to walk about 10-15 minutes away to get food to cook. There was a large patio that had a table to seat six and two lounge chairs. There was a sliding door from the living area and a separate sliding door from the bedroom with the king bed. It was the most beautiful view to wake up to. You can see the pool and outdoor bar area as well as Moorea. This room worked well for a couple traveling with friends. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice- but very pricey drinks. $28+ for specialty drinks and around $10 for a draft beer. The location is also good- about 10-15 minutes from the airport and ferry. The taxi ride from the airport was about $30 for two people.

The housekeeping staff did not clean room on a day I put out the hanger, and I returned at 3pm to find it wasn't cleaned and someone showed up a little later to clean.

I liked the lagoon for ocean swimming and the snorkeling trip. I should say that some reviews said that their reservation was bumped and they didn't have a place to stay, so I was worried about that, but I had no problems. Room was very large and had Netflix availability from my app. The shower room was a terrific bonus I was not expecting - that is, the availability at the end of my stay after checking out to use a shower before my overnight flight.

This is really why I have had to score low on some points. Staff attitude at Restaurant and the main bar was really poor. Such a huge difference from super friendly welcome at Reception and Activities. Please monitor this, my first day was really spoilt by negativity at Taapuna Restaurant & Bar. I was also very disappointed that having requested 24 hours in advance a table close to the water for my last night to find my table for one was furthest way from the lagoon. I actually left and enjoyed a delightful evening at the Taapuna Beach Bar. Breakfast was also disappointing, ran out of hot food by 08:30 one day and other days food was just cold. I did mention this and a little later saw chef taking away these food warmer trays.

My Studio with Lagoon View was excellent more like an apartment. 2 quite separate rooms, with bedroom and a lounge which led onto good size terrace. Kitchen was also well equipped for 4 people, - you wouldn't want to be cooking dinner every night! Infinity pool with waterfall was excellent, plenty of loungers and additional space at Miki-Miki motu and the Taapuna Beach Bar which is delightful spot at sunset time. Service at Reception was exceptional and also at Activities Desk by pool - they were so kind but also efficient. Also help at both early and late arrival was excellent with full use of facilities, a transit room for quick shower before flight departure all made such a huge positive difference.

The bath tub and no shower was terrible. Jus a small hose thing you had to hold in your hand so difficult to wash yourself especially face and hair

We’ve been here before and both times our hair goes green with the chlorine from the pool + our bathing costumes go green as well. Are the chlorine levels too high?

The “transit room” was HORRIBLE. Basically a dirty shower shoved into a closet.

On our second night the service in the restaurant and bar was very poor. We were not advised when substitutes were made to the meals and they were not as said on the menu. We waited for 49 minutes to be served despite having a reservation. The food was cold and it was clear they were very short staffed in the restaurant. No one told us when something was unavailable. They just substituted it for something else eg satay chicken skewers became bbq chicken. Sweet potato fries substituted for french fries

Beautiful setting on the water. We enjoyed views to Moorea, the pool and the ocean front areas at Te Moana our ocean front suite. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great ( and included for our stay). It would be too expensive if we had to pay extra. Our room was clean and huge! We enjoyed our ocean front deck. We also ate lunch and dinner during our stay and both were delicious and served quickly. Husband snorkeled in the small lagoon by the outdoor restaurant. We really enjoyed sitting in lawn chair out on the small islands beyond the snorkel lagoon and swimming pool. We walked a couple blocks down the road to buy sunscreen. - easy! We would stay again. The front desk arranged a taxi for us upon departing.
