Nothing not to like.

The location is great for two lovely beaches and small beach bar. A shop for provisions is a short walk. The views from the beach of Moorea and the sunset are super. Breakfast was great and the checkin checkout simple. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor (also indoor) shower is a plus. The owners are very pleasant and helpful speaking French and English.

I didn't like when the roaches came out at night. The indoor shower/bathroom could use some work-could be more clean, a more defined area for the shower so water doesn't get everywhere.

I loved the outdoor shower, and the close proximity to the best snorkeling spots on the big island, restaurants, and an affordable, local scooter rental place

Had to adjust to the roosters. It didn't look very clean, but was cleaned everyday (it's just a little old, but that's okay). When booking, there was only a photo of the room that I recall. They also have dormatory type rooms, which was a little surprising.

Didn't know this was a 3 house property, owners live in the middle house. Breakfast was fabulous. Hosts were great, friendly, helpful. But slammed missionaries more than once. This was a relaxing place to stay except for the roosters crowing all the time. Two beaches very close by (Mahana Park- trees, tables & Vaiava Beach- very little shade). Would definitely stay again. I wished I had known there was also kitchens available to all guests, that would have been helpful info in planning (didn't have transportation). It would have been good to have more info - local bus available, plan on 1 hr to city center or ferry. They arranged a taxi for me the day I left, which was very helpful. It was awesome to be able to leave my big suitcase in the reception area, while I went to Moorea for 2 nights. Great location away from the noisy city center. Guests are friendly. Snorkling equipment available.

The room and beds were a little tired and could do with a refresh

The hosts were very lovely, enthusiastic and helpful. We stayed here for the last night of our holiday because it was close to the airport and affordable. Our hosts organised a taxi for us and were there to support the n the middle of the night when it was running late! Very grateful

I really don’t think that the ‘room’ I stayed in should be used as a room, or at least charged less. I had to change the dates of my stay and was told I might be ‘in the hallway’ for the first night but this is where I was for the entire stay. It is just a few screens in a communal room with a bunk bed behind. You can hear anyone coming and leaving all night, people turn the light on in the ‘room’ because it’s connected to the lounge. Awkwardly being on the top bunk I could see people walking past above the screen while I was trying to sleep. I’m never usually one to complain about comfort but the mattress was also very uncomfortable. I needed to pay for 1 extra night when I was there and was charged 35,000 even though there were posters everywhere stating rates as 30,000. I was then told I hadn’t told them about my extension even though I had arranged it via email beforehand. A shame as the owners were very nice except for this exchange. Should be noted that the hostel is a 40,000xpf taxi ride from the airport - I was shocked by this as thought it was closer, it is south of Puna’aiua.

The property was clean and close to local beaches.

The windows in the room are opened, so it is hard to keep moskitos out. There are only 2 toilets for several rooms and not lot of ustensils in the kitchen. The arrival road is rough and dark at night.

Good location near 2 beaches with snorkling possibilities, near restaurants/roulettes and a shop. Possibility to use kitchen, good breakfast, nice hosts. Quite safe environment.

Very cosy, clean and friendly place to stay. The owners Christelle and Fred are superkind and help a lot with organising your free time activities too. And the brekky is exceptional, everyday fresh diverse local fruits, fresh baguettes and juice.

It’s a bargain property so it’s not got A/C but that didn’t cause me any issues. Bathroom is shared and was sparkling clean
