That the room was not prepared like we expected. The stains on the chair, wall and sink were a bit of turn off. The room smelled funky when we first stepped in. And also it would be more convenient to have curtains rather than blinds.

The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The location of the room was a bonus as well, with stairs just right outside (room 317). It was nice that all the TV channels were working.

I wanted a room with the balcony overlooking the sea, which I got however would have enjoyed the chairs on the balcony but they were soaked with water. The showers didn't have soap or body wash, not even shampoo.

Took a while for the hot water to kick in. Playing up a little. Don't like the checkout time. 11am would be better like crowne plaza. No room service for the items down at the bakery/deli. Wish you could make your pool bigger. The shampoo and conditioning machines were broken. Signs of facilities breaking down. Please keep the standard up.

I love the room size that are opposite the beach. Not in the tower but on the side where u have indoor kids pool above. Love the premier king rooms they're a very good size. Love the veranda. Towels, water pressure. Food options down at the bakery is very good. at least it's different and less pricier than the hotel menu and still high quality. HANNAHS BEAUTY BOX big bonus to have it indoors. Love the gym. Pools x 2= very good that u have 2. Right next to the beach.

The two chairs inside the room were not suitable with the round table. you had to lean all the way back. it is meant for out doors. a couch would be referred with a rectangular coffee table like the other premium room i got earlier when i stayed there.

Location was good with the sea view to watch the independence celebrations from the balcony.

Breakfast menu could do with some sprucing up and bit more variety on the buffet. TV in the room did not work.

Furniture and fittings in the room were tired. One of our rooms had no toilet seat attached, a broken aircon unit, no towels and an old TV. In the other the kitchenette had very little by way of cutlery and crockery.

Given wrong room when I checked in. Had to go back down to reception and get the room I booked with the kitchenette. When I finally got the correct room, the microwave was missing. The key would not work to get me back into the main building and every time I had to go to a different level until I could find a way in. reception could not seem to rectify the key access. The pool was out of commission - no mention of this at the time of booking. Wifi was not transferred to the correct room during the whole stay of 4 nights I had to log in using the other room number. Wifi extraordinarily slow.

Central location. easy parking. Right on the beach notwithstanding one of the worlds filthiest beaches.

Just more cleaning - 1 staff to clean 14 rooms is where it is lacking. It is a convenient location however the room rates are just too expensive for the quality of service

Room 438- There was construction noise, need to clean the lift and my balcony was never cleaned-dirty. No tissues in the room. My air conditioner wasn’t working properly- requested for it to be looked at but they never did. Need to be more clean for the amount they charged.

When they clean the room, they use an air refresher, if i can call it so, which smells more like a chemical weapon. i couldn't breath and that smell was there even after 4 days...
