My towel had few staines on it, and nighttime was a little bit noisy because the room wasn't proper noise insulated, and the area was expectedly noisy (next to the airport). BUT FOR THE PRICE EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN GOOD!

convenience airport locations. At the center of excellent restaurant shopping itc. All I need was in walking distance. The room was excellent. Linens and towels very good which really counts a lot.

A guest information sheet would be very helpful making it clear how to access the sauna, pool etc. Also host needs to make it clear that what I thought was a complimentary bottle of Sangria is not so and provide details on how to pay for it. Also make clear in the location details it is the West wing, taxi driver had problems locating the property

We did not understand from booking app that it is an apartment and not exactly a hotel- but honestly, it didn’t matter. It was great.

Super clean!! Bed so comfortable and sheets so soft. The owner was very nice and picked us up herself as part of the shuttle service to/from the airport. Location is perfect for a short layover between flights.

The staff when we arrived was very rude. Was approached by someone that gave us information needed to contact the correct individuals for the condo. Interaction with the owner was amazing and very pleasant.

Everything’s good save from the availability of staff to assist me on my check in. I had waited for an hour to finally rest from a tedious travel time. Thanks to security guards who really assisted me to reach the staff of Ms. Nunag. Ms. Nunag finally texted a couple of days after check-out. But I do understand.

Check in was a very bad experience. The description of the hotel says that the reception is open 24 hours. This is not true. Our plane arrived late, I then wrote a message that we were on our way to the apartment. For several hours no one replied to the message. We had to buy a sim card and contact them by phone. The accomodation itself is nice and close to the airport but if straight after the flight you want to relax it is impossible here because of this check in. We had a very bad experience waiting for a room key for several hours.

The property is nice. The location is good.

Aircon is very loud, Ans more Noise comes from The street loudly through the hole of the air-con in the wall. Reception is terrible, also they did not let my guests in even they gave their ID and alltheir personal data to them recorded on the system. Breach of human rights

Before our arrival, I reached out to the staff via email to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, to which they politely declined, which was completely understandable. However, they did confirm that we could leave our luggage if we provided a time. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we received no response to our email, prompting us to resort to online research for their phone number. It was during this call that the staff informed us that they couldn't accommodate our request, resulting in a 2-hour and 30-minute wait in the lobby. Additionally, upon entering the room, we discovered that it did not contain the two separate beds as advertised online. This experience left us feeling disappointed, and the time we spent waiting could have been more productively utilized.

The room was clean and had a good view of the Newport Boulevard.
