The signal of the wifi connection comes and goes but could be fix restarting thr router.

We stayed there for 1 night as a family of four with children. The place gave us the comfort we needed and it was situated where it was accesible near the airport and leisure. Overall worth every penny. Owner of the condo was very professional and kind to us. We would definitely come back here. Thank you.

There was a slightly long 'check-in' process where we had to provide a lot of information at the front desk, which can be a bit exhausting after a long flight. Obviously, a possible 'downside' is that, because it's so close to the airport, it is not recommended for travellers who want to explore Manila itself.

This apartment is the perfect choice for those who need to stay near the airport. It's within walking distance from Terminal 3 and Ryan, the host, was so kind to wait at the front of the building to 'pick us up' and show us the room. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything you could want. Highly recommended.

Right in front of terminal 3. RYAN was so kind to book us grab taxi and walked us through checking in. Perfect place. Very close to restaurants and cafes too. Perfect for lay overs.

Ryan, the host, is amazing. He took us to the bus depot and walked us in and helped us get tickets for our trip up to Baguio. He also had avocado shakes delivered to us. Super nice guy. Highly recommend.

That I was called out for a smoke alarm which I didn't understand as when I've reheated the food in the unit, it really didn't had that much of a smoke and we never had the alarm sounded. So got so much surprised when the security personnel went to the unit and made me felt a little bit uncomfortable and seemed to show unconstructive judgment as well as showing like its a grave offense when all I want is just to have a nice meal well prepared. It got me worried too much when I was told that the possible second offense would make me pay for a 2 thousand pesos fee and from that incident made me felt uncomfortable to use the cooking facilities provided in the unit.

Sir Ryan and Ma'am Lovella are very nice and accommodating hosts. They also value privacy and let you get the full experience of being like in the comfort of your own home.

The apartment is located very close to terminal 3. Its clean, spacious and perfect. But most special is ryan the host. He is very friendly, kind and super responsive. He came to pick up me and mom, at midnight 2.30 am for a very small fee. After check out, he organized my grab car to terminal 4, a 20 minute drive, and he even payed for that. Thank you for all ypur help ryan 🙂

Although the house is spotless it has a smell (oil from cooking something recently and its quite strong) that made me uncomfortable ( very sensitive when its comes to smell and also because I've been exhausted and jetlag)

Location is the greatest, 10 t0 20 mins to airport depends which terminal are you going, You can get anything and everything you want/need coz there are shops everywhere and the place is spotless., owner is very accommodating and friendly. My favorite is the Chinese resto, the massage and for nails places .

The air conditioning unit, while effective, was very loud.

This was a perfect overnight stay for an early-morning flight. Communication ahead of the visit was great and I was met by the friendly host for an easy check-in. Apartment and bathroom were spacious and clean, I didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have all the appliances you’d want. Close to various restaurants and shopping malls. Check-out was straightforward, even in the early morning. Overall, excellent!

Amazing host and amazing apartment! There is everything you need (and even more) in it. Ryan was so courteous when I couldn't appear at the first day, cause my flight to Manila was cancelled. We arrived very late in the evening yet husband and wife were there to pick us up. We passed by a store to get a sim card right before going to our residence for two nights. Everything we needed was there and we were very near the center. We were brought to the national airport after our stay too. Thank you so much! We felt very well taken care of at your place.
