Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiawe stayed 6 nights, and i asked for to change the bedsheets every second day, which means only 2 times during our stay but they did not change the sheets even though its dirty
as per the price, its worth it. we booked 2BR unit and its very spacious and has separate bathroom. the staffs were nice too. our AC was leaking on the first day, we called the staff and they fixed it straight aways. every room have their own balcony, its small but its okey. overall im happy with my stay.

I was on the 8th floor & all I heard every night was the SAME 2 Dogs barking continuously ALL THROUGHOUT the nights… at 1 am, at 3am, at midnight, at 4am, didn’t matter. When it started it would go on for a straight 30min to an hour!!! Not joking. So for that, i would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. there’s wild street dogs everywhere. But they’re hurting this property’s business. Never ever again. I pre-paid and suffered 5 nights of HELL with basically NO PROPER SLEEP. Even if it was 1$ a night to stay here I would not do it. The dog needs to go.

Great value for money with good facilities for a presentation to a group of 20 to 30 people. Excellent choice for a business traveller needing a presentation venue, where it's easy to stay on site and the boss won't get upset at the bill.

PhilippinesFirst night, our first room was ok, then when we slept we felt itching as we looked around the bed area we were surprised that there were bed bugs/insects crawling around our bed. I ran to the front desk to tell them the problem and show them the videos of the bed bugs/insects crawling around our pillows and bed. We were moved to another room, which is a good response from the staff in dealing with the situation. But likewise, it would have been nice if they had offered to help us move to another room as it happened between 3 and 4 am. My fiancé and I worked for a German luxury cruise line for many years, so the industry is not new to us, and I have to say that dormitel has a lot to improve on. Good luck 👌.

VietnamThe room is covered with insects. Ants and mosquitoes. I got bite marks all over me. Please see the attached photo for more details. Despite asking to change the room, same thing happened. When I told the staffs about the incident, they simply said that they noted without any actions. I was not happy with the stay and would not recommend 1075 Dormitel to anyone. Please choose somewhere else.
