Great 👌 location.. massive rooms.. staff are friendly and helpful.. Enjoyed the stay

Staff didn't quite understand how paying via PayPal worked, but after I insisted, we worked it out as I had a preference to pay via my credit card. Also had to pay extra for extra blankets but all worked out in the end.

Location was perfectly central. No frills hotel but everything basic worked perfectly. Loved how clean, modern and neat it was. Staff was also very friendly and tried their best to accommodate my preferences.

I requested for room make up but it didnt prompt the hotel staff when I clicked the make up button.

This place is very accessible to every touristy spots in the city. The staff were also amiable. There is free water dispenser for all at the floor lobby. Room and bed was cozy.

The wif-fi is slow. There are a lot of ants in the bathroom.

The location is excelent. Near a mall, markets and some tourist attractions. The staff were very welcoming. The bed was comfy.

I like how accomodating the staffs are. They are very prompt when attending to our needs. We have an affordable staycation, in a cozy and tidy room. The safe parking spot is a plus.

I thought the elevator is working. It;s under maintenance. I just had my ankle operation and I could hardly go upstairs. I chose this hotel because, I saw the picture of the property and it has an elevator. I hold have asked if it”s working or not, or else, I will not book to this hotel

The location was good, near fast foods, and grocery.the service was good too even the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.

I loved how the staff responded promptly to my queries and set my expectations properly when I asked if I could check-in 2 hours earlier than the actual check-in time. They ended up granting my request. Overall, it’s a nice, clean, affordable, and accessible place. I highly recommend it.

Rooms good, with a comfy duvet to sleep into. Just a few meters away to JY Square. Secured with guard on duty. Checked in and out for only a few hours.

I didn't like that management didn't do anything to suppress the neighbor's barking dog at night. Management's reason is that they cannot do anything about it because it's not in their property, that's a lame reason. Any guest would want a quite and comfortable stay. I believe they can do something about it if they report the situation to the proper local authority. It's a shame because I stayed there for 3 weeks and complained about it twice but nothing has been done to make my stay comfortable, they didn't even offer to at least move me to another room opposite to where I stayed to at least make my stay comfortable and not hear the barking dog which would start around midnight and go on and off until morning and even during the day. I can also hear the people next door, not sure if the walls are concrete or not but it's loud and I can make up what they are talking about. It makes me feel uncomfortable to talk about business knowing that the people next door can hear me. The place is clean and maintenance are kept though.

Nothing really ..I could probably nit pick..my mate had sun burn and had applied aloe Vera which had stained the sheets which incurred a 200 pesos fine ..but aren’t the sheets getting laundried anyway

Screaming children morning and evening in adjacent rooms. Singing loudly. Don't know if parents were there but it was obnoxious. I had to yell to get them to stop.

There was no breakfast offered. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
