Not that cozy, dark aura, water is not clean when we take shower its smell stain, the swimming pool is not clean and floorings are broken I was injured a little.

I'd say the hotel is an old one. The room looks old, like it hasn't been used for quite a while. There's a cockroach as soon as we entered the room. The water coming out of the faucet looks and smells rusty.

It was affordable. Just made a last minute booking and they were still able to accommodate us. Staff are accommodating too.

The restrooms, I think. The water smells so rusty and I don't know if it goes for all of the rooms in the hotel but my toilet has a faulty flash so I have to get a pail of water every time I use the toilet.

What I really like about it is the price since it's considerably cheap since it has a pool! I had a great sleep since the bed is really comfortable.

The pool was nice but had to be cleaned before my kids could use it. there is a nice club next door if you need something late, but to walk around at night is not recommeded by me because its dark and no covenience stores for several blocks. the rooms were old but acceptable for the price but not nice, one small ac unit in the windows and ours was not very good but the kids room was cooler so we traded. I am Americanso I prefer it cooler.

The Facility is close to the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign wars.

So the ad and the facts did not quite match. It was however fine. Airport shuttle- i had to arrange myself as a grab for around 350 as opposed to the 800 pesos they wanted at front desk for the 5 KM ride to the airport. The massage was within walking distance as well as places to eat not on site. It was little things i took delight in like that they do have an onsite attorney and travel agent but no bar.

For a budget friendly hotel it was clean an comfortable. Good location close to mall and staff helpful. I wanted an experience and i had one.

The smell from the aircon was terrible, every breath felt like I was inhaling 20 years of mold and I was afraid it would infest my lungs. Luckily it got better (or I got used to it) after a few hours. On the positive side, the aircon managed to cool the room down despite the really hot weather (around 37C). I paid for an upgraded room on booking.com, but the receptionist simply stated that the upgraded rooms were full, and refused to refund the difference I paid extra when booking.

The WiFi worked fine. Good water pressure and hot water.

It was ok for how much they charge however there’s no toiletries and the water from the faucet/toilet is brown to light brown. You can smell something from the water so I just used my bottled water when brushing my teeth.

Staff were nice. The lobby and hallway are clean. Aircon is ok. Internet speed is decent, better and reliable compared to other hotels. Lcd tv is smart and you can watch netflix and youtube without issues.

The room was very hot and the AC didn't work. The toilet was broken and I had to use a bucket to flush it out. The shower had no pressure. The room was quite messy. Asked the staff to fix the toilet but they just didn't and said that there's nothing they can do about it.

Room Dirty, Old. And too hot! Aircon is not working! Pool was dirty, i wanted to jump in because of the temparature we have now! But because the water is really dirty, i didn't i was too afraid to jump in because of my Allergic reaction to dirty water. It was too dirty that the color is almost "Yellowish". Room is too hot aircon not working so we have to move bed beside aircon, but still hot. Price is cheap if it was a good clean and working aircon, but since almost is damage,old , kaput! I found it too expensive. That place is good for 300peso per night
