The rooms were clean and have a nice design beds were comfortable. Aircon was working well. Good food as well. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. Very good location.

The only downside is the room my parents-in-law stayed at is the corner room, they can hear the vehicles from the street – made it hard for them to sleep tightly.

The staff are all-smiles, very polite and helpful. We had a fun and comfortable time there.

the smaller room's bathroom was quite dated; right next to high and one can hear trucks (not high traffic volume but some); one of options for breakfast - american - could have been better cooked (surprised at how this simple option was disappointing)

the junior suite was new-ish and nice; small place meant quiet and relaxing not crowded despite being full; easy drive from Manila and view of the mountains; food for lunch and dinner ok; smores and marshmallows at campfire a very nice touch

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater in the shower but the staff was in the room to fix it in less than 5 minutes.

Lots of choices for breakfast and you even accommodated us even though we were a little late. Great food, friendly staff.

People bringing their pets into the restaurant and placing them with their dirty legs on the chair. It was raining. Management should not allow pets inside the restaurant.

Location, close to Malarayat Golf club. Very friendly staff. Good for family with children as there is a nice little garden and swimming pool.

Most of the Reception staff in charged are lacked in information. They need to be trained more by their Superiors in order to give an efficient quality of service. Although overall, staffs we encountered are courteous enough. That ‘s the only good thing in them.

The place was being renovated when we went there. It is sorely needed because the tiles in the bathroom were falling off. I asked the staff in the restaurant if the breakfast was complimentary and they told me that it was. I double checked with front desk and they confirmed that it was. We were then charged for breakfast that wasn't even that good. Oh, and the food in the menu did not match what was served to us. We had to checkout earlier than expected. Horrible experience!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Standard Queen room, of which on 2 nights a party was held until midnight. (music went off midnight but people stayed at venue) We were not informed of this fact when we checked in, it made the stay not relaxing in the evening, as all rooms are around the garden where parties are held. The resort is on the main road and especially in the evening very loud with traffic. The standard room lacks basic facilities e.g. 2nd night stand, proper table/chairs (the table in the room was a party table with dirty table covering and too high for chair), only one socket to charge phone under TV. Our room wasn't cleaned the entire stay (1st day only the bed was done, but they did not clean the tea cups/bathroom), this includes emptying the 1 trash toilet bin in the room when we returned in the evening. In PH toilet paper is not flushed so bin should be emptied regularly. Only when we complained they made the excuse they call every morning to ask for consent to enter the room, not once did they call before 10am before we left to go sightseeing. This was also not communicated at check-in about giving consent, especially since they did enter the 1st day to do the bed. They came late in the evening of our 2nd day (when a party was going on in the resort) when we complained in the evening, but we only had the bin emptied as it was late. Outside of the rooms are table/chairs for breakfast, we saw one of the other resort guests taking our table & chairs on the 1st day, however the resort staff never moved table/chairs back. The venue is nice for parties but we would not recommend staying here as hotel guest.

Nice venue for parties due to location and garden. The reception staff was very friendly.

It would be good if there was a microwave in the room, since it came with a dining area anyway.

The executive suite was really spacious and comfortable. There are even 2 bathrooms which is good since we are traveling as a family.

was not located where the map showed. we chose by the map because it looked secluded but finally found it located on the corner of a major intersection. the traffic noise woke us at 4am. good place for a conference or party but not to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back. The suite we have stayed and the place - really comfortable and relaxing. We have the whole pool to ourselves.
