Breakfast was great and we could from 3 options and had the option to select other options and pay a little more. Location was perfect- it was quiet and our room had views of the beautiful beach!

Sometimes the hot water doesn’t quite work but it doesn’t matter hugely given how hot it usually is on the island

The staff go above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. This includes preparing the most delicious Filipino delicacies which are off the menu (so they go to the market and shop for you specifically). The location in Station 3 is perfect as it’s quiet but great for toddlers as there are lots of local children playing in the area and right beside a great bistro and restaurant. This hotel attracts wonderful hotel guests, many of whom have now become friends!

Would have been great to have access to drinking water. We had to keep buying it from the shops. There was only those little packets of soap, which felt very cheap considering the price you pay. Also better for the environment if they have a body wash/hand soap dispenser. Better towel rails would also make a big difference. These are minor things.

We stayed in an ocean view room and it was magnificent. The view from our window and balcony, I think, is the best on the island. Huge room with plenty of space to relax and settle in. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by, but the hotel is quiet at night which was perfect. Had a great rain shower, big comfy bed and lots of chairs to relax in.

Shower water only hot for a couple of minutes and then cold, we have never had a complete hot shower although we tried on different time ranges.

Everything, room has a very nice decoration, comfy bed, spacious and fridge included. Literally beach front at station 3. You have breakfast on paradise :)

Fantastic location: the view from the dining veranda is wonderful, literally a few steps away from the beach. It's quiet&relaxed compared to Station 2 where there's music, vendors and crowds all the time. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious!

Surprised that only a small selection of the breakfast menu is included with the room, and only available to adults but not children, this was not made clear when booking. WiFi internet is slow (2.5Mb dl, 1Mb ul).

Fantastic location. Quiet area of the beach. Short walk to many beach side restaurants and bars. Very clean private and public spaces.

The atmosphere is a little cold. They could have comfy chairs to seat in the entrance. No chair to work in the room!
