Location is very goo.

Breakfast was Ok. But the location was definitely a big consideration. Walking distance to Session Road and SM Baguio. You can easily jump in on a taxi to any toursit spot you like.

- Though faucet is closed, there is dripping water in the shower that persists throughout the my stay. - Visiting hour for guests is until 7pm only. I cannot invite guests beyond that time or else an additional fee of Php 650.

the phone in the room is not working. you can't press the buttons. also the smell of the room not sure if its the air freshener they are using but i hope they would change it?

The facility is dated. Drains on the bathroon need covers. Bedsheets and pillows are clean but worn out.

Location is great. Walking distance to sm city, session road stores/restaurants, burnham park and the public market. Free breakfast is ok. Good value for the money.

They need to change the towels. They are no longer white. Im not sure if its because the towels are worn out or maybe the water lacks chlorine. The hotel lobby needs a new coat of paint. Its a good hotel for the price but I would recommend those who plan to stay here to request rooms upper floors as it is beside the main street. It can be noisy at times. Try to bring your own pillows too. A brick is probably softer than the pillow.

The location is wonderful as it is beside SM Baguio. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is quite old and the hotel features were not upgraded (i.e. bedsheets, towels need to retire). Although the internet shows it has a good signal, I ended up using my data as they could not resolve connecting my laptop & cellphone to their router. During my 5-day stay, there had been no cleaning schedule of the room and only collected the trash when I left it at my doorstep. Lastly, i think they are turning off the water supply at night as there are occasions where there is no water in the bathroom.

The location is very near the commercial areas (i.e. session road, SM, bus terminal). The staff were also courteous when asked about something.

Facilities needs a lot of improvement specially the leaking shower head and faucet. Linens & towels are too old (white to dirty white) Curtains needs repair. Hallway too dim and needs repainting. Staff should be trained to smile when being approached by the client. They should also greet their clients as part of customer care. Breakfast should include at least slices of cucumber or tomato to complete a healthy & balance meal. Main course should be paired with fried rice instead of steam rice. Add a variety of course to choose dont just limit it to... Hotdog, Bangus, Corned Beef & Langgonisa. How about Tapa, Daing na Espada, Tinapa etc.

What I like most in this hotel is their PROMPTNESS in delivering/ answering request. House keepers are very helpful. Front desk officers Clarisse & Janet are nice and acommodating.
