Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayWIFI connection did not reach out to all the bedrooms. So impossible to be online in bed. However, the room is the biggest they have, it is like an apartment so they are excused even though it is a pity. I had to request extra towels three times before they showed up the next day (!). After the first night I spoke to a cleaner if they would empty the garbage bins in the rooms, not knowing their routine. He confirmed yes, but did not do it anyway. So I had to request again (!) It seems like the staff struggle to handle simple requests. They should do it daily if staying more then a night like other hotels. I was not in a hurry, but I feel I spent too much time to follow up on the staff. They were simply way to slow in addition to ignoring basic requests which is to be expected. I am not talking about minutes wasted, but hours, which I could have spent exploring the city rather than waiting for the staff doing their job. For the third night, we wanted to extend, but due to availability need to change from one big room to two. The friendly staff showed us available rooms the night before and no other guests were staying there. I asked if we could check in early next day. The next day, the rooms were not ready despite they were empty and looked tidy the day before. So why it was impossible, and we again had to wait for hours to move our luggage from the one big room to the two others. Why our requests were being ignored again when the rooms were available. When checking out, no one asked if I had a pleasant stay. If they gave a little discount on the so-so experience I would rate the hotel top score since they are excellent in many ways. Since they didn't bother they will receive a honest review hopefully to improve so other guest will have a more efficient and pleasant stay. Despite the down sides (cons) I will still recommend this hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff friendly and has beautiful view over Baguio
