The trash of the previous guests before us were not yet thrown so we did it ourselves. Nonetheless, our stay was very highly recommended.

Literally felt like I was at home and almost everything we needed were available. The place was very spacious, too, and very near sa venue. The owner was very accommdating with my questions, too. Would definitely book again! 😊

Bathroom in Master's bedroom had a sewer smell and no hot shower. We just opted to use the common bathroom since that had a hot shower and the smell can be sprayed with alcohol or deodorizer.

The use fee for the pool is in my opinion too high for 100 pesos per person per hour, although it must be said that it is very well maintained.

Super large apartment at a great price-performance ratio. We stayed in it with our 3 kids for a month. The check in was without any problems. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room, just to name one of the best things. The pool is only one floor below the apartment. If there was a concern the apartment attendant was always immediately available, very nice and it was responded to promptly. The location could not be better. Just across the street is the ALIMALL and more just in the area. We had a lot of official business to take care of. All the important offices are in the ALIMALL. The MRT and LRT station are within 500m walking distance. A cab stand is just around the corner.

There was a bad smell in 2 bathrooms and I think it was the drainage/ septic tank

We have to pay to have access on swimming pool. Can't access the basketball court. I wish it's part of the agreement.

I like the location because everything is there. Shop, food, church, store, bar and etc. I love the staff they're all nice and friendly.

The unit was spacious, I didn't really expect much, but when we got there it was really nice and clean. You'll feel very cozy. Also good that they had complete kitchen utensils.

Nothing really.. It's clean as it could be, I mean, I've seen tiny roaches but it could be from the outside since it's in the veranda.

The location since everything is accessible. It is wide enough. I also like that all basic things are present... fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker...etc. It would also be great if the owner adds a dishwasher next time. :) 😀

It's an Airbnb so you have to take out your own trash. Kitchen equipment (ovens can't be used cos grills are rusty) needs replacing.

Im just going to suggest to fix their furniture like the arm of the couch, the table and chairs thats the only downside we saw. Maybe put some bigger pots specially for family who loves to cook. Also the dryer outlet hope it has its own outlet and not to have to pull out everytime you need to cook.

I booked the unit for my family and they all loved it (not the first time to stay at Manhattan) Location. Spacious and clean unit. One of the best places to stay while in QC. Nice swimming pool. Ample parking spaces. Right in front of the shopping centres. Easy to deal with the owner. Perfect! Thank you.
