Everything was great

Very tastefully decorated space with lots of cute little details. Clean with everything we needed. Building staff were friendly and there were lots of food options and shops just around the corner. An easy, convenient walking distance from terminal 3

First of all, sound insulation is not good, i can clearly sound the next door is bathing，fortunately, this does not affect our rest. Secondly, although the hotel has been cleaned, but not good enough, boz there is obvious dust in some places, the balcony tables and chairs are very bad, all dust. Finally, the hotel did not provide drinking water, so we had to go to the convenience，and this is the only one hotel don't give us water in the Philippines，the weather is too hot😂😂😂

hotel is very close to Terminal 3 of Manila Airport, just opposite, boz our plane arrived in the early morning on T1, it takes us about 20 mins by grab via skyway to hotel，which is also conference. The hotel is in an apartment, which has a floor of rooms for rent, and the appliances in the room are fully equipped. As a transit hotel, it can provide a better rest, we have a good rest，and it is convenient to buy things boz there is a market locating left besides the hotel.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight layover stop in Manila! Secure location, very well furnished, comfortable and spacious. Owner was really nice and friendly too!

We had a big delay and arrived very late. Luckily, our host Mhey and Jeff were very flexible and took good care of us! The studio is very nice and comfortable, definitely a recommendation if you want to stay close to the airport!

They could have provided better instructions on how to find the place, but it was generally fine. It was mostly me being very tired from all the flights. They could have provided a bite more drinking water.

A bit tricky to find, but just a short walk from terminal 3, was comfortable and everyone I met was very friendly.

Last 200 metres (at ground level after leaving airport walkway area) there is no decent sidewalk and the underpass road is very fast and busy - not good for wheeling luggage!

Everything - 10 minute walk direct from Terminal 3 with luggage - superb large room with everything including great shower, huge TV w Netflix, kitchen w all equipment, loads of restos on site for huge variety of eat in/out, good security in lobby.

Good location within a walking distance just opposite the international airport. The mall near the hotel. All the amenities available at the room. Clean and tidy. Fast check in. No neee to check out :). Fast internet.

The property smells so fresh and it is extremely clean. It is walking distance to T3 and easy to find. Very convenient location, plenty of restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive as well. Will definitely stay here again.

i happened to need to walk at night from the airport to the flat the first time and did not know the area but was still able to find it. Because it was night time, i wished there was a snack inside the flat.

The host was super kind about answering all my questions and always getting back to me quickly! Also, the cohost who showed us the place was a delight (really enjoyed his singing and positive demeanour!). The AC worked super well, shower had good pressure and lots of hot water, the tv was great and it was super easy to get there from the airport even though we didn’t arrive at terminal 3, getting a grab car there was seamless :)
