Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The property is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. My kids and I enjoyed the inside as much as the outside. There are helpful guards and reception and staff to welcome you in the apartment.

South KoreaWell, first of all, I have a washing machine, but I can't use it, and I don't have a hair dryer. Instead, if you fit the laundry and pay for it, it'll be delivered in two hours. Oh.. this is not a disadvantage but an advantage haha
It's close to the airport and it's in Newport, so it's easy to move to and from any nearby shopping mall And most of all, the accommodation was very clean and the housekeeper (SANA) was very kind. I will make a reservation again when I come to Manila on a business trip. Good!!

GuamNo a/c in the lobby area and hallways. No baggage storage in the lobby. They want you to turn the a/c off when you are away from the room, so it’s hot when you come back in. No soap or shampoo in the shower.
Simple, tidy, comfortable, store at the bottom floor, easy to get a taxi. Netflix on the tv. Very close to the airport.

United KingdomThe building had maintenance issues with water supply during our 2 night-stay. Unlucky time for us (3 adults) I think, as there was no continuous supply of water, and when there was water, it was a bit brownish.The communication between the owner and his staff were not very efficient, it took ages for us to get the key and when we finally got in the Unit there was not even one bottle of water for us to drink. I complained about the water issues and we were offered to cancel our reservation after check-in! There is also an additional fee if you check-in after 6pm and since we checked in at 9pm the owner offered we don't pay extra for this as a way of saying sorry I think? I can go on but I won't.
The location and balcony made up for it all. There are loads of places to eat nearby. I have also requested for an extra bed which was very kindly made up on arrival.
