The view was amazing but overall it was a poor hotel that I would not recommend to anyone.

It was straight up a steep hill that most scooters and Tut Tuts couldn’t get up and walking up it wasn’t a viable option. The build quality (you couldn’t open the front door properly) and short cut steps through the middle of the property were unsafe. The pool was empty and the backpackers pool was only 2/3rds full and very average for this price. The restaurant would run out of basic supplies on a daily basis and the menu was always limited ie. no fruit, no bread, no butter etc etc.

The location (near Vanilla Beach) and views were outstanding. Some of the staff (particularly Richard) were lovely.

Construction work in most of the hotel and was shared with a hostel (Lexias Hostel), so used their facilities as pool and communal areas were under construction. We paid hotel prices for effectively using hostel facilities. The shower flooded (floor did not fall to allow the water to drain properly) and ‘waded’ through water to use the loo most days! The bathroom area smelt horrendous and when we arrived there was a bucket of charcoal and 2 air fresheners on the toilet. So clearly a problem with odour before we arrived. The walk to the room from reception area involved many steps with unprotected edges (don’t take your children here) until we found we could walk through the hostel area and down some makeshift steps and straddle the 2nd floor balcony railings (which had been cut out to allow access). Room itself was very nice and as advertised. It’s got a split sleeping area but the air con is not great for our daughter who slept upstairs and the access ladder is steep. All the furniture in the bar/ eating space (it’s not a restaurant) is uncomfortable to spend any longer time to relax and watch the stunning sunsets unfortunately. The room was only serviced 2 times with new towels in 6 nights and they did this around 6pm when we had gone back to shower and change so we had to wait on the balcony. One day we had no water when the shower was running and toilet was flushed. It ran brown for sometime after. Food and drinks higher than average in El Nido. USB ports didn’t work in room. Aircon was sporadic but fixed when we mentioned to staff. We paid for breakfast and this didn’t include drinks and the menu options weren’t available some of the time. Just very disappointing and expensive for what was advertised. We saw a review posted by Booking the day after we had paid in full and too late to cancel or we would have booked elsewhere.

Views were stunning. I mean REALLY stunning! Free shuttle up and down the very steep hill but WhatsApp messages needed to be sent in advance as no signal at the bottom of the hill. Staff were ok. This could be a top hotel when finished and with lots more attention to detail.

I stayed four nights in the hotel, the best part is the beach near which is the best one El Nido but the hotel shouldn’t be open yet as is still under construction, swimming pool is not finish, lounge, restaurant. The hostel next to the hotel share common areas but is not the price that you pay. The Breakfast doesn’t include drinks and the dishes included were running out of most of the ingredients so we couldn’t eat what we want. I will recommend not to pay for the breakfast. The rooms, the views are great and the sunset is amazing, decoration of the rooms are cool, the cleaning was poor as the floor was full of dust due to the construction of the hotel. The wifi was working very slow and we couldn’t use it. You will need to text the hotel to pick you up in the McDonald’s because the hotel is located In a very steep hill and it’s very difficult to walk to the hotel, it’s a bit annoying because there is no signal in In the town and would be tricky to text the hotel to pick you up.

The beach near to the hotel was my favourite one in El Nido

There was a problem with their water system, where when taking showers the water pressure is not great and sometimes will run out of water. However, this did not stop us from having an amazing stay. Ace and his team did amazing, always accommodating our needs and goes beyond guests satisfaction.

Breakfast was complimentary, which saved us cost. Although it was a short stay, the receptionist ( Sir Ace ) was amazing, very hospitable, will do anything to keep his guests happy and attended to. Very helpful, informative and very welcoming to all his guests. The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from the hotel to McDonald's which is 2 mins away for easy travel, I love it where hotels do these extras as it makes travelling to and from hotel easier. Furthermore, the Zipline is also a few meters away from the hotel. Great for those who would like to do the zipline activity. Would love to stay at this location again, their customer satisfaction is very good.

It’s unfinished hotel managed by a hostel. The service is awful they have no drink no food. They lie about reservations not being available. They book in a hotel with no pool or restaurant. It so hard to walk to beach. We reserved 3 rooms and told us they only had one.

I booked 2 stays here, but never actually stayed. Stayed elsewhere instead. Became aware after booking that reviews were terrible, that the place was unfinished and that the hotel was connected to and shared facilities with a hostel. This is not stated anywhere in the advert. The place has also continued to tell people leaving bad reviews that the lack of completed pool was a " temporary issue, now resolved" when it clearly wasn't. Bookings were non- refundable. They did agree to refund one of mine, but just ignored the other. Booking com should suspend listing of this place until it is completed.

HORRIBLE FAMILY EXPERIENCE! Facilities not ready (swimming pool, breakfast, rooms)

The hotel was entirely under construction. We had to change rooms 3 times. The first had a terrible smell. The second we had problems with the air conditioning and the shower. The third the maintenance had to use a crowbar to open. The swimming pool was not ready, nor the breakfast area. We had to use everyday the Hostel facilities close to the Hotel. It was a terrible experience with the family, the 3 kids. Do not recommend for kids, too many stairs and unsafe spaces. Nonetheless, the staff was very helpful and did their best to try to solve the problems. The manager was absent despite all the issues.

The room will be ok when it’s finished. The shower, the drain, the bathroom door, once fixed will be ok.

Too smell room and the shower drain was not done right! Water goes to where the toilet is so you have to actually call a staff to dry it! What a joke.Booking must cancel your ad to this villas! my family felt like we are sleeping in the sewerage! The smell even was me up through the night! I could not imagine why, I even lasted an hour! The pool was not finished and the shortcut stairs. So shocking. I will complain on the El NIdo government for allowing these villas to accomodate and take customers money!

The view, the room looks modern. I can say I like what I see but not what I smell! It is so horrible.. Steep steps to the villas which we do not mind cos we are a family of adults.

The very low water pressure in the shower and difficult to adjust water temperature, sometimes it’s cold sometimes it’s boiling hot. Cockroaches in the room, one went in the suitcase. Ants inside the room. The balcony doors don’t lock. No bedside table on one side.

Amazing view from the room and the restaurant. Nice spacious room. Quiet area, good for sleeping. Surrounded by nature and plants. Near zip line. Friendly staff, communicative and helpful.

The location is a bit of a downside being situated on a hill and if you're planning tours in El Nido its a 10 minute drive, but staff was always ready to help with the transport.

Beautiful view, room looks exactly like in the picture, very clean room with all amenities listed at booking. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Unfinished property as it’s still under construction. Drainage in bathroom is poor for shower and toilet. Stairs going to and from room get slippery when wet. Our room had a loft with two extra beds that was pointless as we didn’t use it all as a couple. Lack of mirrors. Wi-Fi signal is slow.

The amazing view that you wake up to in the morning as well as the sunset view, comfy bed, and wait staff is attentive. Location is right next to Vanilla Beach and 12 minute motorbike ride from downtown El Nido.
