We had that "WOW" feeling the moment we stepped into the room. I wish I have booked more days but we will definitely be back! I don't think we will be staying somewhere else unless the dates we want are not available.

hard to get a taxi plus, stairs is not for me especially when i am travelling with a toddler and senior citizen.

If you are not from Baguio, it is a bit tricky to find the house since Google Maps cant quite locate it. But asking is key! People can be very helpful and the caretakers are also available to give directions if you call them.

We lost access to water for a bit and we had to put off washing the dishes but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience.

The place looked just like the pictures so there were no unpleasant surprises. In fact, I'd say it was a little better than the photos. There were more than enough rooms for 7 of us and it was super cozy. We liked the almost floor-to-ceiling windows which made the living room seem more spacious. The TV was working and the wifi signal excellent - I was able to continue working. The staff was amazing; we arroved early and Ma'am Elvie allowed us to store our stuff while the penthouse was being cleaned so we could go around unencumbered. There's a complete kitchen and you can actually cook and not just heat up leftovers. I'd definitely recommend staying here. You can ask Ma'am about hiring a van for a tour of Baguio's scenic spots. The driver who toured us was great.

The owner is very accommodating and readily responds to querries..however the staff does not readily answer calls and text messages. The water in the shower needs more pressure.

The place was extremely spacious and very pleasing to the eyes. We made use of most of the kitchen appliances, everything works properly. Utensils were available and drinking water was included. All rooms were comfortable and smelled fragrant. Location was alright, though we almost got lost as the pin on the app is incorrect. Bathrooms were okay, the heaters did not work as expected but it did reduce the coldness a little. It was at a tolerable at a little below room temperature. The staff we spoke to was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to book the same place for future trips.

Communication was easy. Caretakers were accommodating. Very spacious place with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and a huge sala. The interior is so fine. You know the things aren't cheap. There should really be a lot of you here since it gets a ittle creepy sometimes. Recommended for big groups.

Wasn't expecting that we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the property. We came with 3 senior citizens and they had a little bit of a hard time coming up. Other than that, everything was good.

The place was close to everything and very spacious. The rooms are clean and the facilities are working too. The people looking after the place were very nice and accomodating in answering our questions

Not a big factor for me, but the accom is on the 3rd floor and we have a pregnant friend so it was a bit exhausting for her, nonetheless we all liked the overall experience.

The accom is loft style and very stylish (rustic cabin vibes and very spacious.) Ate Vicky the care taker is super accomodating too.

No hot water for shower although it was stated on the property description. The check out is 11-12 but the staffs keep coming to disturb us twice to tell us to be out at 11:00. It’s not even 10:30am but we were told twice. The The lighter for the gas stove is not even working. I don’t want to go keep asking from the staffs for help since its the basic necessity. The space is a good deal though. Anyway, thank you.

THE LOCATION. WE ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LOCATION, NOT GOOD ENVIRONMENT AND THE STAIRS BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SENIOR CITIZEN. BUT WE HAVE NO CHOICE.

WE LOVE THE ROOMS AND THE HOUSE ITSELF. WE ENJOY THE SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM WHERE WE DANCE AND DO OUR PLANNING IN THE DINING ROOM. THANK YOU
